My recent experience with this company tells me that they have no regard for customer service or product service. They operate in the Middle East where I believe it is essential to have the correct part available especially if the part is still under warranty. It shocking to learn that a simple PCB board for a air conditioning unit takes 8 to 10 weeks to arrive in a country that AC are constantly in use. So if anyone is considering DAIKIN units be aware first quality of the product secondly the availability of parts.
