Just had the Busy Bees team have a deep clean of my new home,As someone who is very much a neat freak, the team and customer support is top notch. With professional equipment and around 8 people showed up on time to give my house a deep clean, I highly recommend their services as they bring all the tools/chemicals/products needed.I did not find a single corner spotless when I returned, it smelled of flowers and every window and surface was polished to perfection. I highly recommend their services as they are the best cleaning service I have encountered in my 20+ years in this country. 10/10 will use their services again.

We hired BusyBees for a deep cleaning Post construction handover of our villa. Their response was very professional and accurate and they shared a list of all the tasks the team would complete. The team cleaned the whole house meticulously inside and out. They are very well trained and very well equipped. The team is very polite and doesn’t need any supervision. After reading few Google reviews had requested them a quotation for Deep Cleaning and AC cleaning of my apartment. The team was professional throughout, right from the booking process till execution. They also did their best to accommodate last minute date changes and carried out the work as per my expectations. I called for a full apartment deep clean and was offered the service for the following day including pest control initially I thought the price was a little on the high side however after the cleaning was completed I was extremely satisfied you get what you pay for. The team were very good I also then used the electrician services and he was also excellent although it would’ve been best to have this before the cleaning in retrospect I will definitely be using Busy Bees again and would highly recommend them.

I used Busy Bee’s to deep clean my apartment upon move out. This was exceptional value and two of the team worked from 9-5 ensuring all of the apartment was sparkling clean. Great attention to detail, with the balcony runners, oven and bathroom tiles cleaned to look like new. I would highly recommend Busy Bees.

Had a disappointing experience having to pay 630aed for a COVID disinfection and don’t believe the service was worth the amount needed to be paid. I made my feelings clear as I had to pay to get a cleaner in after the service to fix the mess or lack of ‘disinfection’.*Update*I was contacted by management and offered a complementary cleaning and had two staff came by for 3 hours the cleaning was thorough and covered all areas of the house. I would recommend them based on this experience an willingness to make things right.Three stars is the average as my first experience was a 1 star or less and the second was a five star experience!

They did a job so wonderful that I actually wish I could afford to do it every week! 😂 Everything was spotless and the best thing is that you need not worry about your personal belongings as I was contacted during the process and was informed of which cabinets holding my personal items (such as clothes and books) will remain untouched unless I gave them permission to clean it out as well. What a great choice I made! BusyBees provided a deep clean and sanitization of my apartment between tenants. The staff came fully equipped and were friendly and cheerful putting my mind at ease that everything would be cleaned as per my requirements. I was really pleased with the result. It was such a huge improvement on so-called deep cleans I’ve had from other providers in the past. The use of green cleaning products was also a winner for me. I would definitely use their services again.

Cheryl ensured booking and job scope was well explained. The team was fantastic with eye for details. I took their services before occupying my flat in Motor city. Impressive was the fact that they not only use traditional mops and brooms but use Karcher units and other mechanical aids to ensure difficult grimes are all removed from hard to reach corners. Hit and miss. Weve had some fabulous people from busy bees help with cleaning and childcare but on the admin side we always struggle :( responses arent always very prompt, communication is sometimes unclear and no one seems to remember us as repeat customers from over the past 6 yrs :( the quality of the work in the home has been really good though and the staff are professional, honest and nice.

Recently read a recommendation for “Busy Bees”. Had them in today for a move in cleaning. Excellent job, very thorough (took them 10 hrs for a 5-bed). They steam-cleaned and desinfected the entire house. And pressured-washed the entire terrace and outside walkways. Can highly recommend them as well (not affiliated in any way)

Used them once 18 months back and they were very good.Tried them now again; Unfortunately a miscommunication took place and service was not provided.After complaining; their management were very attentive and promised to fix the matter and we rescheduled another appointment.Fast forward two weeks and the team just left the house after providing a wonderful service.Mark and Thalma both were truly the busybees around the house and it was spotless after they left!Thanks and definitely will use them again !

Useless.Tried booking on their website. Failed to make a booking online. Took all my details however and used my information to bombard me with advertising! I never approved them to send me advertising material and there is no way to unsubscribe!I then tried to make a booking on the phone and well the lady on the phone was useless also was told that I had a four hour minimum for a two bedroom!
