They are one of the best professional companies growing

First, they showed up more than an hour late. I asked for them to bring cleaning materials coz I didnt have any. They used three old towels for the whole house. They clean windows without sprays, clean drawers with only water. The quality of their towels and cleaning materials are shocking. Slow service, customer service is not responsive. I cant blame the cleaners for the bad job coz their materials were just so bad and old. How can this be possible. So it seems like the company does NOT equip their staff with the proper materials to help them do their job. Im really upset at this horrible service. Theyre really trying to do their job but its impossible with cleaning materials and cleaning equipment. No window cleaners, no dettol bottles really guys????

Superb service and effective treatment for cockroaches...very happy to see insect free house...we faced this problem since 1 year...and tried various pest controls. ..but Brilliant Pest control is the only one which gave satisfied results. If u see any insect call them and they are back for the treatment. Very happy... 😊

On the 18th of August 2016 I called BM Brilliant Pest control to book my appointment for the 21st of August 2016. I had to ask a few questions the morning of my appointment so I called early. They had forgotten about the appointment. I thought perhaps an honest mistake. I had to get the fumigation done that day as I have a two month old baby and had to organize to leave my home for 24 hours! They came to fumigate our home. 10 days after the fumigation we still had cockroaches. The lady whom answers the phone reassured me that after 15 days with the chemical effect they should be gone. I called on the 17th of September to book for the 18th. Spoke to the same lady over the phone. My appointment was booked for 10am on the 18th. 10:00 OClock passed, I called and was told they are coming at 14:00. I dont think that anyone would agree that this is the right way of doing business. How can you assume I will be home at 14:00? Which makes me think that my appointment had been forgotten again! The lady does not even say good bye over the phone! Dont ever use this company!!!!

Extremely rude staff who never pick their phones.Be careful before you sign into for a service.Huge delays which are not mentioned....You buy the coupon and before you know it your account is debited and then you wait forever for a slot!

I didnt like their service, I dont recommend it
