Everything was perfect and I was overall very satisfied. Only comment is that they were not through with corners and stains which I had to mention to them myself. Would be perfect if you could just rely on the team.to be proactive and do the required cleaning without keeping an eye. But I will highly recommend this cleaning company over other in Dubai

I used today M&H services and I am very impressed! I booked 3 hours, 2 ladies - Marie and Sai, 1,5hours for 1 bedroom apartment. We havent cleaned anything for the last 4 weeks, so the apartment was quite dirty. It is spotless. I didnt have to give any kind of instructions, both of them were very nice, polite and professional. They cleaned very fast and were able to clean everything within the time. I will certainly book frequent cleaning from now on. Thank you Marie and Sai!

Last week I was moving in to my new apartment so before I moved in I wanted to make sure the place is perfectly clean. I used to contact quite a few cleaning companies earlier but none of them was as good as M&H. Very flexible timings, the team was on time and I didnt even recognize the apartment after they completed the service. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and use their services again , probably on weekly basis as it saves so much of your free time. Well Done!

I really don’t understand good reviews about this company!!! I wanted to warn everyone from hiring them for house cleaning!! Pease guys, there are many cleaning companies in Dubai and you should pick up any other. I believe any of them will be better.The work which supposed to be done is:-not done properlyand-is not compleated!!Instead of one day of work ( 8 hours - as it was said ) they keep coming every day for 2 hours making our place more miserable.The company is very Unprofessional!!!!Please choose any other. I am not so sure when everyone give high rating for this company. Even the bed they can do it properly, they change the bed sheet and no protector place first and even the pillows case the protector was not place first then cover itself. It was a big suprise for me gow come as they said on their web side that the staffs are trained. I took for 3 hours and even the ironing is not done properly without completely. Even contacting them is so difficult where if you are lucky you will get them. For me I am not very satisfied with them and just imagine it is first time trying them.

The cleaner the company sent was very unprofessional, could not clean properly and was very slow doing her work. Also i found her on the phone during the time she was booked to clean. I was suppose to work from home, instead i had to help her with cleanning and constantly give directions. She wasnt able to change the bed clothes and overall was doing a sloppy job. In addition the cleaner was rude and wouldnt take my directions well.

Fast in response , but bad in cleaning service and expensive compared to the job they did.When i watch the cleaners, they work.. if not, they will skip.. i checked my decoration vase after they left and it was full of dust .. as never touched ..I asked them to clean everything in house since i just moved in, but they did a normal fast cleaning.I had to repeat everything myself.. TOO BAD!!
