Love their chocolates specially the dark chocolate hazelnut filling, which is rare to find available at the store.The only thing that I would like for them to change is the color of wrapping.I always buy chocolates filled with pistachios and hazelnut, and whenever available the dark chocolate ones.However, almost everytime the wrapping available is the same color.When I get a box of all these mixed, Id like to at least be able to distinguish between them whenever I serve my guests.All in all, the quality of the chocolate is great, the staff are very polite.

Amazing chocolates and reasonably priced. My only disappointment is the way they treat an Asian customer. They keep commenting about some of their experiences with Asians (while they do it in Arabic, you could still make out what they are talking). They could be trained better to handle Asian customers without being judgemental!Amazing options for special occasions, parties.

Their staff fayaz is rude...they should give some training how to deal with clients.I love their chocolates and I am regular visitor to their Etihad Mall shop.But staff in Barsha Mall is very unprofessional.

Although their products are good but their staff need a lot of training and specially the manager who’s not cooperative at all and enjoys being rude with the customers.. their business could improve a lot if they knew the alphabet of dealing with clients..

Very upset with the service . I bought a box of chocolates and asked them for different flavors , then ended up giving all pista flavors. Very disappointing.

The staff here are so friendly and give good recommendations. They dont charge for making a plate for you as well. If youre gifting it to someone I would recommend buying a ready made plate or making one yourself. Their presentation is amazing

If you love chocolate hazelnut mix this shop is the place. They have atleast 4 versions of chocolate hazelnut mix. Each one is a banger and other flavours too like coffee, pistachio and caramel and so many more. And the famous egg chocolate that is stuffed with crispy crepes. An absolute delight for the chocolate lovers.

If not the best, one of the best handmade chocolate shop in UAE. The barsha mall shop has a lot of options and beautiful gift packaging.They also sell arabic coffee and dates. If you arw a visitor to UAE you must take some back.

Ran in to get a gift for a dinner host and the staff were extremely helpful in suggesting a suitable gift box within my budget. And the feedback I got from the host was that the chocolates were delicious! So a success story all round! Will definitely go back!

I wanted to get a certain type of chocolate mix.The salesperson (at 10 30pm) asked me to wait for one hour to arrange it , then he went into the backroom and put only one type and different than what I requested and added double the price.after all i didnt like the design or the type of chocolate he put.Next time i will buy from a place were the staff listen to the customers request ,

Chocolala has a lot of different types of chocolates, they already have trays ready to buy and if you dont like whats on display you can have your own arrangement done it does not take a lot of time. Not very expensive.

Chocolate shop from UAE.Chocolate with pistachio and pistachio cream is bittersweet and delicious.Pistachio cream and Arabic coffee are also good souvenirs.Al Barsha Mall Located in the GF just outside the taxi entrance or parking lot 8.
