The objective of the museum is to show and inform visitors about the history of the Estonian chocolate industry and traditions since 1806.BuildingEditThe museum is located in a historical building bordering on Suur-Karja Street 20 / Pärnu Road 12. The Property was built in the years 1899–1900 by architects Rudolf von Engelhardt and Nikolai Thamm Junior for the Tallinns German Club [5].The premises are located around a courtyard, the main hall is located on Suur-Karja street. The building was remodeled in 1922, 1928 and 1938 according to plans by architect Edgar Johan Kuusik. By then, the building was housing Krediit Bank and the main Post Office. In the basement of the building, parallel to Pärnu maantee, there was a bowling alley.Between 1913 and 1939, Paul Krolls hairdressing company [6]was located in the building.Today, the building comprises business offices. Chocolala Chocolate Museum is located in the basement of the building that used to serve as the vault of a local bank.

All time Favorite, tried almost all chocolate factories around Dubai unfortunately non of them reached the taste of Chocolala. Honestly I am not able to name a flavor as they all are Super Yummm. If you are first time and not sure about what to get, get a mixed box (Personally I don’t prefer the gift box or trays since they are bit pricy & can’t try most of them) of your preferred weight. Just ask them to mix from their Top sellers that will help you to complete the order. Comparing with other similar chocolate shops, may you don’t feel a Luxury interiors & the way their boxes looks. But that doesn’t matter, as long as you are there for quality and tasty chocolates! They do have different types of trays, gift boxes, occasional boxes, Fresh flowers and I saw they accept customized orders as well.The staffs are cool, definitely they offer chocolates to welcome you (Don’t hesitate to ask for 2 more 😜)Though the quality & taste is unexceptional, I believe they haven’t got a popularity because most of the people I shared their chocolates was wondered as they never heard about Chocolala. Maybe because they have less stores (In Dubai I found one in Etihad mall, Ras Al Khor & Latifa hospital only) I used to visit the Etihad mall store, it’s easy to access when you enter from the main entrance (the one facing Khawaneej road)***They charge AED 126.00 for 1 Kilo gram for the mixed box (May feel Bit pricy but almost same when you comparing with other similar stores)

Probably one of the best chocolates in the town, both in terms of taste, presentation and ambiance. They electrify your taste buds, make you eat more, light on your stomach. I will be visiting them on regular basis. They have awesome presentation / gift boxes. Good thing is that they are not that costly compared to some other so called premium chocolate shops. Enjoy chocolate there. !

The seller is not honest when it comes to the chocolate customers asked for at the time of purchase.I bought 3 kilos with nuts ONLY and confirmed this with the salesman who confirmed that he filled the packs as requested. When I arrived home, I found that he put everything as wanted and not paid attention to customers request .. BEWARE of such act which is not professional.I left Dubai to another country, I were there I would have gone back to throw this to them .. they are totally not honest, as we speak Arabic with them and not Russian or another language.This shop is not worth the visit again.
