Very difficult to get to, needs to move to a more accessible location. Staff is professional but could do with being a little friendly. Well priced product and we all know they are made in RAK so every employee needs to be told that instead of using different origins such as Belgian and Italian. I love their dark chocolate range and wish they would do more variety in the dark variety.

My wife and kids love Chocolala very much. I always buy chocolates from there and gift them to my wife on special occasions like Valentines Day and our Wedding Anniversary. When you feel like getting some sweet treats, I strongly recommend Chocolala Latifa Hospital branch as their manager Mr Osama is very hospitable and quite generous! I had difficulty getting the treats given the current pandemic but Mr Osama made it at all possible! He got the treats delivered for free and even gave us a free cake! Highly recommended! They are truly luxury as they know well how to treat and make their customers happy!
