Very very bad service 11 o clock order delivers at 2 o clock says personnel excuses. We totally ashamed I front of our customers at home!!! Very very bad fully disappointed

Very good kerala restaurant. Food is finger licking good. Service - perfect and fast. Their lunch meals are very popular. If you go to other restaurants by 2 or 3 pm, their lunch meals are always over. But here it was available even after 3.30pm. Will definitely visit again.

We are usually a fan of your food taste. And hence had decided to order the Onam parcel from you. I am sure it would have been great, but sadly never got to taste it as it never made it home. At least if the calls were picked up to let us know that it was not coming, it would have saved us a lot of time and the last min run.

Pathetic service, had put in an order for onam and they accepted the order advising that management has changed and delivery will be done before 12pm..there was no sight of delivery even till 3pm..furthermore inspite of repeated calls on the mobile provided they do not have even the courtesy of picking up the call. Will never ever order from Nila Sharjah.

Food quality and price very much reasonable. Most of the staffs are friendly but not all of them. One day took my middle aged friend with me he was wearing his old clothes. They treated him in lower level. Not like when i was there day before. Most of shops have this attitude. This restaurant was in top lists after this i stopped going thère. Other than that food quality and other things are very good.

It was good experience indeed with spacious seating arrangements, excellent behaviour from the customer service team. Food is also good. Can be improved.

Had dinner with family and friends. Good variety of fish and chicken. Fish mango chattikkari was too good!

Better not order home delivery looks like their staff is not there .. ordered at 1 pm got at 3 pm. On top you call for follow up they don’t pick deliberately which is all the more irritating. Next day calls for orders not placed.

Amazing south Indian food for the price. Actually very cheap and fitting almost sent budget with very tasty delights. They also do have some delicacies, such as rabbit, deer and bison. A must try for South Indians and people adventurous to try out a different pallet of flavours

Very good Indian restaurant with authentic South Indian cuisine. And reasonable price also, good staff and excellent service also only thing is they dont have parking facilities only public parking is available so during peek times its little difficult to find a good parking spot. Rather than that everything is perfect with them.

Very very bad service. I ordered seven onam meals one day before Onam. They promised me to deliver before 12:30 PM and I waited till 2:00 PM and nobody pick my call on that day....

One of the worst restaurants ever. Reasons.1. The food quality is very poor2. Too much price charged for what I didnt get3. It takes like 30 minutes for them to serve on table.4.The fish I got post my lunch finished.Plus pointThey charge too high for no reason and so much money can be lost if you have.

Tried their kerala lunch today and was totally disappointed. Rice was not cooked properly. The curries were not tasty. Not recommended if looking for a typical keralite lunch. Their service was also poor and needs to be improved.

Waited over 20 minutes for somebody to turn up to take the order. Finally gave up and left. Nobody even noticed. Walked to the next restaurant and was surprised to find a superb weekend special meals.

Tasty kerala foods available, I highly recommended.

Best Kerala lunch meal 😋

Dropped in this morning for breakfast around 10am and were seated promptly. The place was practically empty at the time, save for two occupied tables. Service was prompt and attentive - we ordered Appam (a type of pancake) with Egg Masala and Puttu (a kind of steamed rice cake) with Kadala (chickpeas) Curry and Papadam (crisps). The quantity was generous and taste was homely. We washed this all down with a cup of tea. The tea deserves special mention for the strength of the brew and taste. Very economically priced menu too. Highly recommended!

Delicious South Indian food namely keralite food

Had an average dining experience here at Nila.The food was best to say average. We had breakfast here. We had കള്ളപ്പം and Chicken stue. The appom turned out to be just ordinary and the chicken stue was just bland.Not something you would normally expect from a brand like them.I would definitely think twice about coming here again.

Very bad dine-in experience...ordered appam, mutton curry(recommended by waiter) and fish mango curry... Fish tasted n smelt bad... Appam & mutton curry were served COLD...asked them to reheat the curry...they just put some curry leaves on top and served the same COLD curry...meanwhile we ordered puttu... After waiting for 10 minutes they informed that puttu will take another 15-20 minutes... They should have informed us when we placed the order in the first place...Tea was also not hot...Either their oven isnt working or they simply dont take the customers seriously...If you expect a minimum quality for the money you pay, dont even think about stepping into Nila Restaurant, Dubai branch...NILA RESTAURANT, THE PLACE WHERE FOOD IS SERVED ICE COLD!!!
