Poor services, poor staff, once you buy from them after that they dont care, if you have issues they dont care. showing good quality mobile in videos but in real all mobiles have scratches and if you say anything they say cheap price this type of mobile. staff is not good talk rudely with customers. never visit again,i recommend dont buy from them

Fast service...Correction in the review ...From 5 Star to 1 star.Changed the display on iPHONE XS MAX..he gave 3 options for the display ...i chose the most expensive one and they replaced it without telling me that its a LCD DISPLAY and i just came to india and got it checked as the display is moving.when i am back there i will be coming to question you on the same...they didnt even mentioned that TRU TONE will not appear in display settings once they change the display and they will not copy the old Display board readings to the new one to bring theTRU TONE settings back.they definitely take advantage of people who dont know certain things regarding repair and after repair quality check !!

This place previously known as Awadh Al Ketbi are plain Conmen.I had given my iPhone6 for repair on 04th Nov, 20, for a faulty screen and battery discharging to soon. They told me they would put genuine and expensive parts and collected Dhs.200 from me and I gladly gave it. This was my kids mobile and never used much. In less than 3 weeks when I was returning to India, the mobile stopped working. I WhatsApped and informed and they asked me to send the mobile and theynwould fix it.Back in Dubai, I gave them the mobile yesterday, (16/01) to which theyre saying there is a different issue. And asking for an additional Dhs. 200. When I insisted that they had actually looked at the faulty screen and fixed and its the same issue, they started saying it was motherboard. Now as a layman, how would one know what is faulty or not and whats the guarantee these guys werent up to some mischief to make money which I positively think is the con here.I therefore, DONT RECOMMEND these guys for repairing of your valuable phones lest they put some faulty or used parts from the heap of phones lying in their shop and that which dont last more than a few weeks.
