My recent experience at Etisalat Altawar was extremely good and satisfactory mainly due to the remarkable attention offered by Mr. Abdullah there. He was very polite, professional, and given complete personnel attention at its real best. From top of my head the ticket number I got served against was N133 on 16/6/2021. This is honestly a 360 degree turnaround comparing to my previous similar experiences

If there was option of minus stars then I would give. Its not because of the staff working there, its because of the management who is preparing the rules and regulations. Poor staff members dont know how to satisfy the business customers with their complicated regulations from top management

Very rude amd irresponsible behaviour from the stop. The guy and the lady at the reception were not giving token... I would suggest people to avoid going this center or even avoid using etisalat.

I am currently in the process of moving apartments and visited Etisalat to have my connection transferred I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Yousuf Ali Abbas Hussain. In my 20 years of living in UAE my first pleasant and very professional experience with Etisalat.Need to get more staff like him.. thanks Yousuf for being highly professional and easy to deal with.

I liked services of etisalat but in few places network coverage is poor please take it as request and fix this soon many companies feel the same this is actual location is al quasis al shali building many peoples affecting due to poor network of etisalat inside building they came outside and speaking, inside building network coverage is very low 1 Bar signal only available kindly fix this issue soon for users conveninent better network coverage inside al shali building many times i tried to etisalat by mail and phone calls they telling we will solve this problem soon but still now its not fixed i will surely review after this Issue is solved i will upload location by jpg below where network coverage is poor

If you have any problem regarding the etisalat connections you can easily visit and clarify the same without any difficulties as it works till 8 p.m. everyone will be able to reach after work also.

They don’t give a damn about the customers, most of the employees don’t know how the procedures work , went there for a ownership transfer, they said they will call you within 24 hours . 2 weeks passed and still no one called XD. I guess they live in a different galaxy where hours are considered months in our galaxy.
