MunchON is a great service - although the team does not adhere to their terms and conditions, so keep that in mind when you are signing up for their PRO membership.Their customer service team will pass you on from one person to another promising a resolution to an issue but not provide any clarity on when and what the resolution will be.

Decided to give this app a go. The idea is great, but poorly executed. In a span of less than 2 weeks, Ive faced 4 or 5 delays in delivery. After getting texts and emails that my food is delivered, when its actually not. I have to raise a complaint, and wait 30 or 40 minutes until it actually arrives. Wont be renewing my subscription again.

I have been using the app for 4 months. The delivery was hardly ever on time, the customer support is virtually non-existent. Today, the food is more than an hour late, the customer support said he would get back to me after i had reported the issue, and then never bothered to return any more of my messages. Very disappointed with the service.

Terrible service ..it has happened to me more than once that they send a message that its delivered and food arrives 15 mins after !! it only means they simply sent the message without bothering to check if its actually delivered ..so unprofessional

I used to love it, but Ive now unsubscribed. They may have had good restaurants, but these are now totally eclipsed by unreliable ones. Ive had several bad experiences of my food arriving so late that its more trouble that its worth. Never mind the one time it came upturned. Any saving you get is not worth the hassle of following up on your food. They will give you credit for it but again, its simply not worth it. Customer service isnt the best either. I got an offer for a partial refund of AED15 to make myself feel better. Today is just the last straw. There are other apps you can use which have better service. Btw, Im still waiting for my food to arrive...

My experience echos their words drafted in the review. I ordered a creamy pasta from LUCA restaurant . I love this place never had any issue with the order in the past until I used The MUNCH ON APP.  The order was delivered super late post several chasing calls and finally had the portion of the garlic bread missing that I paid additional for. The MUNCH ON call center agent has long speeches of empathy however miss out on understanding the customers tonality and the urgency of the situation to come with the resolution.I am highly disappointed by the services and I have asked my account to be deactivated ASAP

Decided to give munch on a try. Solid concept, terrible execution. 3 orders made, 2 home and 1 to office. Two of those got lost (1 home 1 to office) in a span of 2 days. After chasing them Replacement took additional hour so lunch at 3 and dinner at 9. Experts on how to make convenience inconvenient. I will stick to Zomato and Deliveroo, in 3 years with both this has happened maybe twice. Munch on margin of error 2/3

I ordered from the same place as my colleagues and my food was never delivered!! on top of that they were completely unresponsive on email and phone and I still havent heard from them. No refund or compensation. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Not reliable. Pathetic Offers. In offer, its mentioned 1 AED till so and so date, all you know is deduction of normal rates when you register with card to get the meal. Food I ordered was Chicken Cobb Salad and it was almost 2 days old. Dont suggest to anyone

They provide promo codes for you to return after leaving. First, the promo is deceiving as to when it expires, Second is when you make an actual purchase the code doesn’t work.Had great service before but went down drastically with all of this. Cancelled subscription again.

Be extremely careful! If you deactivate the subscription but dont remove your credit card you can still be charged for the subscription renewal. The customer care wasnt helpful just sent a email referring back to the terms and conditions.

Strange to see many employees of LunchOn having given 5 stars here (there is a continuous stream of 5 star ratings by around 50 people a month back from now). I know some of their employees as I have communicated with their customer service so many times that I kind of remembered a few names.Moreover, if you open and check their profiles, you will only find 1 rating ever given (for LunchOn ofcourse). This speaks volumes about the ethical values of this company. The worst company I have ever interacted with and I wish them the worst of luck.

Service from call center very good but consistently got the incorrect order from partnering restaurants... writing this now because I am very frustrated and angry. Have received the incorrect meal again. Wondering if ordering directly from the restaurant would be better - order correct (not bulk order) and fresher (again not bulk order)

- 0 for customer service team called several times our account was not getting activated even we had more than 15ppl. The customer service team were very rude, unbelievably careless, awful tonation and he was very happy when I said I will delete my account and he offered to do it himself.I would not recommend it to anyone

Lunchon decided to charge me a one month subscription without my permission after my trial period was over! So now i’m stuck with them for another month because they just withdrew the money from my account. Plus their food is horrible

You guys need to know which restaurants to deal with . My food that I paid for today didnt show up and even the Restuarant tried to lie and keep saying its in the way for two hours till they didnt answer my calls again . Promo code cannot effected while adding new people when i invite my 7 co workers its showing 100 more people to add to get code . They are running a cheating promotion and not mentioned while signing as new customer.

Dont trust their offer and register. Its completely fake first they will tell 10 registration then they will make it 100 before you reach 9. Its just for getting customer registration and data.
