Best grocery delivery in Dubai. Even in this challenging times they deliver even within 1h and take extra care to keep their customers and themselves safe . I tried almost all delivery services but you guys are the best. Keep going.

The most disrespectful delivery guy i have ever met. Everytime i order water i’m ordering vip to get it within one hour, and 70% of my orders so far came late...the worst thing is that they, until today still always charged the advanced price, even though they were couple of hours late. I mean is it their tactic to not bring the water in vip time and still always want to charge the advanced amount?! Anyway, today i did not accept to pay the advanced sum because this is just rude and not acceptable. The secretary i called got my point. But the delivery guy was so disrespectful, and even though i explained him that its their fault and the secretary told me its fine to not pay the advanced price, he was still insisting and raising his voice. Following that i called the secretary and told her to talk to him and tell him the amount i will pay, but he was so rude and did not even take the phone. After that, she called his cellphone and he started discussing with her, and told her i have to pay the advanced price even though they were two hours late and i missed a meeting. Seriously?? What is this ?! I discussed for 15min to pay the amount for the normal delivery, which is my right. And he was just throwing the coins into my hand in an agressive way. I will never order from this unprofessional company again !! Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful !!So ridiculous to get an answer back not being true. I called the secretary at about ten and she told me to get back to me after contacting the driver, but she did not. I wouldnt be mad if the delivery would be only 15min late due to the not working intercom. But this is actually not the case, the delivery was 2 hours late. And of course my husband will raise his voice, because he was just leaving the house and this delivery guy was talking to me in a disrespectful way. If you are disrespectful to your customer dont expect them to be respectful to you. I closed the door to get my wallet, while the driver was waiting but not directly in front of my door because my husband didnt want him to, as he left and that guy was just unpolite, he told him to go away from our door. After 1-2 min i went outside and paid the amount.And regarding to your answer i’m lying here on google maps, which is really ridiculous. Give me one reason why i should lie; but believing your unprofessional team. Anyway, i’m happy there are enough other water deliveries here in dubai.

I am waiting for my order for about 2 weeks now. First time they forgot it and did not inform me (I had to chase them). This week they told me they are going to call me back once they find what is the problem (although they did not ask for a name or a phone number). Ridiculous.
