I had ordered the phone online at 0100am and I received it at 1230pm, which was really surprising and great...although I live in Abu Dhabi. Hats off to your team Mike n Smith!

Avoid at all costs! Warranty is not worth the paper it is written on... Awful after-sales service…I bought a Google Pixel phone from MikenSmith. Within three months, the screen stopped working (went black). I could not do anything. I emailed them and got no response for several days. Then I called and they said they will pick it up in two days but they did not. I called back again so they finally sent someone. For two weeks I didnt hear anything back. Finally, after almost three weeks and several follow-ups, they said they will not fix it because the display failed due to a hard press, which is not plausible as the display failed while I was only reading something. They claimed they had a report confirming their claim and promised to send it to me but they did not. I even spoke to one of the co-founders but they still refused to honor the warranty. Then they said I can pay to have it fixed but they have no idea how long it will take! I finally just asked them to return the phone to get it fixed myself.The end result is I waited three weeks for nothing and I will now have to get it fixed myself. I would recommend avoiding them and go for a more reliable retailer.

They have wound up - Bad thing is they are so irresponsible. They have my laptop for repairs under warranty and its been 120 days now but still no sign yet to return it back to me. Worst experience ever, AWFUL people and awful customer service, awful attitude. After reading the reviews I bought a phone which had several probs from the first week itself. It was the last one they had in stock.Everytime I called them for service they tried put the blame on me, took almost 1 month till I got the phone back from service. Even now my phone has probs, I complaIned to them, they said they will call back but never did, they NEVER call back AT ALL .Even they only answer my email after 10 days.They ignored my complaint until the phone warranty expired so that they use this as an excuse. That proves their bad intentions. A real thief strategy. They knew they sold me a damaged phone and they needed a cover. Such a bad intended and unreliable people. The words are not enough to express how unsatisfying was my experience with this shop. Even 1 star is too much for them, should be with minus. I dont recrecommend them even to my enemies!!! Hope God will give u what u deserve, thieves ! PS : Dear clients dont foul yourself with the fast delivery, this is not the review we need for electronic items...the quality, the warranty and the after sale service are the one that matters not the fast delivery. Of course they will deliver fast trying to get rid of the items but after that u will regret buying from them. I wish I had this information before deciding to use their service.

People are misguided here. The prices mentioned are only for cash purchase. Using credit card is chargeable. This is against the local rules. Credit cards generally give cash back for customers. So buying with a credit card from the stores is much better than the so called e commerce cash purchase. Stay away from this scam.

Probably the WORST company when it comes to aftersales. They had kept my device (Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge) for one month for fixing a defect under the warranty, and after one month they are returning the defective device without fixing the issue. They just made false promises during the one month period and still they dont have any date as to when its going to be repaired. They never timely responded to the follow up emails. EXTREMELY PATHETIC aftersales service.They may be good at delivering your order on the same day and reducing the price by a couple of 100 dirhams, Id not recommend buying from them. Saving a small amount is not worth the hassle of aftersales, in case you have to deal with them later on.

They are really cheaters & Cheated me.I purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 5 from MikenSmith, Dubai, UAE on 13-01-2016 and i carried this phone to India & the Brand New Box Pack Samsung Note 5 Charger was not working from very 1st Day when i opened my box while reaching to India. I tried it lot but not working. And when i shown this to Samsung Store to verify and to fix this charger. They informed me that this Samsung Charger is Duplicate and its not Original Samsung Charger. I said this to MikenSmith about this but these guys with different and Strange statement that Accessories does not have any warranty and only phone. But this Statement was not informed by him, nor mentioned on Invoice and Not even on their website. And later they refused to exchange this Charger by saying that they cannot do anything in this. Trust me guys i bought new original Samsung charger from India Samsung Store and its seems that the Charger provided by MikenSmith is really Duplicate. The cable of charger and Adapter seems big difference.MikenSmith i will post this review everyday for you guys so you cannot do this with any other Customer. Customers stop buying stuffs from MikenSmith. I shared my very bad experienced.
