I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR HOUSE CLEANING! Awful maids, awful management!! I got a service done in one bedroom apartment, the cleaning wasnt performed 100% properly and they mistreat your cleaning equipment.One of the ladies broke a decorative item trying to unplug the vacuum by pulling the cord ( instead of removing the plug from the socket with the hand) and so far I havent be reimbursed for that; that happened the 2nd of September, now is the 13th of September, the management is not taking responsibility and they want me to contact the maid directly myself to deal with the situation.I truly recommend to avoid this company.

We got this reference through the pest control service we used. . Was confirmed to reach and start cleaning by 5pm, until 6.15pm no one came. Had to give several follow-up to check where they have reached. Finally we had to cancel their service. No proper planning, no punctuality. When I complained to Ms.Veronica she was adamantly saying that we have to understand their situation and their reason was traffic. Traffic can be a reason and can be excused for half an hour and with proper update. Not a proper service. Dislike their way of communicating to a customer.

We are using the disinfection services from them for a over a year now.Team is professional and highly responsive. Good value for the service they offer and provide the work report after every visit as needed by the DHCC.10/10 would recommend other clinics for weekly disinfections.

With great disgust, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. DO NOT TRUST them. I have booked with Crystal Blue so many times and each time they fail me. I have booked I think about 5x with them - cleaning service and disinfection service. EACH TIME a schedule is arranged the ladies turn up late, even the disinfection man came here late. 1st appointment 3 hrs late, subsequently them come 30 minutes to 1 hr late. They are very Terrible in respecting client schedule.There was an occasion where they never informed me that the cleaning lady is sick and therefore cannot come on the agreed time, so I ended up rebooking it 3 days after for them come at 9am but Atif came back to me and told me he mistakenly booked it at 10am.I dont sit the whole day to wait for cleaners to come. I have dealt with Atif who is terribly incompetent.If you want a stressful transaction, then you should try them.I was even told that they will give me a 2 hr complementary service because the ladies were late but after the job was done, I was asked to pay the full fee.If you you use their service, I suggest that you speak to their staff and the cleaning team if they are happy and well treated in this company. Are they all legally working and in correct visas? I do not support companies who gains profit with such practice.I dont trust this company.

Called Fahad and he represents his team. I have moved many times and this is the first time I can say they knew what they were doing and were very accommodating with my requests. I would recommend using them and I might just call them to do a deep clean once every three months.

Late by 3hrs, not professional at all. Less equipment brought for deep cleaning then they ended up rushing because they run out of time.No clean towels or clean mop or footstool or proper functioning clean vaccum brought. Had to provide from my side things a cleaning company should have!Not worth paying that much money for unprofessional service.*In response to your reply!First of all my booking was supposed to be for 8:30am, from 8am I am awake and waiting and they show up at 11am!! I have proof of it!Second of I requested for 2 guys and one lady because I knew more work was needed outdoor and informed Fahad about it!! And my place was not dirty at all and was recently cleaned if you are implied that my place was so dirty that it took them time to clean!! It is a deep cleaning package and you are supposed to clean all the place mentioned in your so called award winning website!!Only 2 ladies and one guy showed up and one of the ladies ( gloria) did most of the work while the other couldnt even understand what was asked to be done and stayed 1 and half hour in one small guest toilet!! In the end our cleaner from the building came to help the guy with the outdoor cleaning!You send one small steamer for a deep cleaning of 1bedroom apartment, one lady os doing the kitchen deep cleaning and the other was waiting for her to finish the kitchen so she can deep clean the bedroom! How absurd is that!! It took them hours because there is only one steamer to deep clean the bed and kitchen and sofa and carpets!!! They bring few dirty towels and ask me to provide them with towels! They used my vaccum cleaner to vaccum the inside of the house!! You are saying that I am lying! I have cameras in the house for proof! You didnt offer any discount for your rate or for making me wait and waking up early or apologize for being late!!You offered a disinfection done in 2mins by the driver/supervisor!And based on most of your reviews, I am not the only one complaining about the above! You are a cleaning company have more and proper equipments for work to be done on time!! And send all staff willing to do the job! Only one lady and one guy was doing all the work!

The staff was polite and gave us clear instructions. He was able to cover all of the areas of our house and was very accomodating with our requests. I got their reference through a friend of mine. Used their deep cleaning services for 2 different homes one a move out and one for a move in. I was dealing with this staff called Ms Veronica. I have to say the deep cleaning services they did for the empty villa was Impeccable. Having said that the deep cleaning they did for the move in villa was a total disaster and had to be stopped halfway through.The empty villa was cleaned by 03 staff and it took them 2 days to clean even though I was promised that 6 - 7 staff would be dispatched. I let it go as I thought they knew what they were doing. And quite honestly I was impressed with their job. IIt all started the next day when they were supposed to send their staff to my home which I moved into. The previous day I had requested Ms Veronica to send brand new mops and brushes as the ones they used in the empty villa was completely old and worn out. Again I was promised it would be done and still they turned up with the same old brushes mops and worn out clothes. They had informed me the staff would reach my house at 0800 and they never came at that time. After repeated calls to check where they where they kept on giving me different reasons like on the way stuck in traffic staff stuck at the security gate as they do not have an id and all sorts of reasons. When I spoke to Ms veronica she tells me I have to understand the situation. This is the same thing which was mentioned in one of the other reviews as well, which shows this is what they usually do or tell all the customers. Finally they arrive at 1300 with just 2 staff to deep clean my house. After a lot of calls again finally they add 2 more staff at 1500. Just to remind I was promised 6-7 staff. By this time I was totally getting the feel of their unproffesionalism. After they cleaned a few bedrooms I was forced to ask them to stop the work as the rooms were stinking from the old cloth that was used. Also they came with a normal vaccum cleaner which wasnt even working and I was expecting an industrial vaccuum cleaner to be used as this is a deep clean service. The staff were shocked when I asked them why they were not cleaning the curtains and mattresses, which made me feel this is a startup company. Also what I felt the most insulting is when I asked the staff for a service they look at each other completely shocked and start murmuring or talking between themselves in their language as if I dont even exist there. Honestly if there was a zero star I would give them that as they are totally unproffesional, not punctual and lie a lot. Will never ever use their service again or recommend them to anyone.

Used this cleaning company for a deep clean on my checkout. They came 1 hour 40 mins late and when arrived did not have right documents with security to come. Also did not bring right machine for deep clean which had to wait for. I was delayed on moving out due to them being late. I was not offered any discount or apology due to them being late. I did add a sofa clean which they gave me discount on of 50 aed. The cleaners were all nice and worked hard but still it caused issues as I left apartment later than agreed. Will not be using again

Used them for a deep sofa clean & sanitization. Service was good, except for the very unpleasant odor from the sofa vacuum. It was absolutely unbearable, but otherwise a decent package for the price.

Just doing a booking was a total nightmare. I had to call them 4 times just to confirm a home cleaning. The guy on the phone kept telling me, yes sir, i will call you asap to confirm...but it did never happen. I had to call several times myself to get my booking confirmed.Next day i called 30 minutes prior to cleaning to re-confirm, as i felt like it was not a serious company and the same guy, who knows me and my voice told me...let me confirm. 30 mins before cleaning nothing was confirmed and he was telling me exactly the same...i will call you asap...i will call you asap....The final answer, 20 mins before cleaning was i can not get the maid to answer me...s I can not confirm...lets change the schedule even though i was telling him someone was coming from abudhabi to dubai to open the door. It was a mess.Not proffesional team, not proffesional recepcionist and not proffesional company.I decided to book through just mop and it was done in 3 mins and they sent me someone in the same morning.

Despite the good quality cleaning provided, this is outweighed by the lack of on time services. I have given this company 3/4 chances yet EVERYTIME WITHOUT FAIL they are 1+ hours late. They have severe issues between the client contact person and their operations team that they need to sort out asap if they are looking to be seen as a professional service provider. I cannot blame the client contact person but seriously, sort your time-keeping and operations team or do not commit to provide services AT ALL. I recommend you use another service provider as this firm will ruin your day before even arriving.

They mention they are aware winning company but I would definitely give them 0 out of 100 . they promise to come and clean an apartment which I was supposed to move in on 31st . They confirmed on the phone that by 9 am their cleaning team will be there and will start the job . By 12 I recieved the call that they couldnt open the door and that the apartment is dirty and they would do it on 2th !!!The fact is the same company had gone to my apartment the night before for the pest control and the door has been opened and they had seen the apartment .I was ready to pay their over price fee because I thought they are professional but now have to find new cleaners just because they cancel last minute and offer to come back after 3 days while my furniture will be delivered today .

Made booking for deep cleaning of apartment for 11am. Confirmed the timing multiple times as I had to skip a day from work for this.I was promised 5 nos staff will be there by 11am.2 show up at 12:25pm after messaging multiple times. Those 2 come and request to take a lunch break at 1230pm. Started back af 1254pmStaff no uniforms, machinery old and cleaning equipment very basic. Misrepresented by websiteStaff unaware of work scope even though website mentions many things630 pm 4 other staff show up after complaining numerous times. Work looks like its picking up pace but everyone is just doing work half heartedly as theyre already tired working from early morningBy 930 pm they say its done when half of the things from the list on their website are clearly not done.Worst experience ever. I tried a lot of cleaning companies in dubai but this is one of the worst.This Company is totally unprofessional, they don’t know how to sustain a customer no rules, no system and no commitmentyou may try a good maid or a bad one anywhere but this company is extremely careless, it says something and do something else ... they don’t commit on time scheduled, they are late, they forget what you asked for in your request and bring you different services than what you requested.they even don’t update you of any changes they make.dealing with crystal blue is just wasting for time.
