I had booked Mangrove services for Deep cleaning before move in for our apartment .The guys were punctual, professional and meticulous jib done by the whole team cleaning my house. Post moving ,I had availed their services for upholstery cleaning ,mattress sanitising, sofa shampoo and cleaning. The team did a fantastic job that time as well .Highly recommend them for any Deep clean services .Jon was very responsive , accommodative , understood the customer requirements and provided everything in detailed. Mangrove did a fantastic job steam cleaning our villa before we moved in in May. They were punctual, highly professional and thorough. Also offered competitive rate compared to other companies. Highly recommend them for move-in cleaning or spring cleaning, especially if you have young children as they do not use chemicals. Well definitely use again.

The initial communication with Jon was easy, he was prompt and professional so it was a promising start.The team showed up on time, a big team of 5, with all materials and equipments, and they spent hours to turn the filthy apartment into a liveable place.Then why 3 stars?After the deep cleaning I realized some permanent looking stains on the floor tiles were not permanent at all, all they needed was some elbow grease. Same goes with the kitchen cabinets and the fridge. The drum of the washing machine was not cleaned well, even the room doors were not properly wiped.Dont misunderstand, I agreed for a deep clean with additional cleaning for white goods so I was expecting a better job. I know the apartment was filthy but that is why I went for a deep clean and since it was so dirty, I went for a highly praised company and paid almost double the nearest quotation.My mistake was not to make a thorough inspection after the deep clean, I trusted them so much I thought no inspection was required. Maybe if I checked everything in detail, they would have fixed the problems.I can book their services again if need be, but never ever without a final, detailed inspection.

We had a fantastic experience with Mangrove Services. After moving into a filthy apartment recently, Mangrove came out and did an amazing job at cleaning all of the curtains and carpets. It was incredible to see how much dirt they got out! The whole apartment smells amazing now and we can really feel a difference in cleanliness. It was a move in cleaning and the apartment was filthy. They steam cleaned, cleaned, and wiped down EVERYTHING, in addition to vacuuming and ending with a mop dry as the last step. They came in with all professional equipment (steamer, vacuum cleaner), cleaning stuff and a huge pile of clean cloths. After much research through recommendations and reviews, I am so glad I found Mangrove. After tenants of our 6 bedroom, luxury villa moved-out leaving it absolutely trashed, I was desperate to have it back to its previous state before the new tenants moved in. I have used Mangrove for carpet cleaning and oven cleaning. The team is always very friendly and very efficient, and they do wonderful work. The oven is as sparkly as new when they are done, and the carpets feel and look brand new too. Highly recommended.

NO DOUBT these guys have the best deep cleaning service in Dubai.I used them to deep clean my apartment before moving in and they have done a FANTASTIC job. Their team has this powerful steam machine that got rid of all those black mold stuff between the tiles in the bathroom, paint stains, greasy stains on kitchen cabinets. This machine also polished all steel stuff like faucets, shower heads, door handles. Basically they made my apartment look like new under 4 hours. Even the ceiling in the bathroom looks like it has been replaced to a new one. Whats good about this steam machine is that it kills all germs and bacteria. On top of the steam cleaning, the team scrubbed the entire apartment with detergents and now its looking shiny and smells like fresh laundry.I honestly recommend these guys to anyone moving into a new place or for deep cleaning once in a while. Mangrove cleaned our empty villa both times we moved. The standard is amazing. Every window frame, light socket, drain you name it... they cleaned it. Ive had such an amazing experience with this company. They were quick, efficient and really really accommodating. Joy came a few days before to take a look at the whole house and give me a fair estimate . The team came exactly on time and were quick to begin. Even though they estimated a 6hr process, they were done in 4 and the house sparkled. I am immensely happy and will definitely be looking into having them visit atleast once or twice a year

Very happy with the work done by Mangrove. The team was friendly and efficient and did a 99.9% great job. Forgot just a small sink cabinet in the maids room... expensive but worth it if you want a sanatized and clean house to move in to.

Awesome service, I would recommend them always! We went to pick up the keys to our new apartment and at 6:30pm finally got in to check that it was ready to move in the next day. I have honestly never seen any home look more disgustingly filthy, we were shocked and understandably quite stressed. Our agent recommended Mangrove. They answered immediately despite the late hour and by 8:30pm I had a written quote with a confirmed booking! Because we had to move in there wasnt much time to clean. The next morning, as promised, a team of 8 people arrived complete with every possible cleaning device you can imagine and took 5 hours to carefully clean every tiny inch of the apartment, steam cleaning kitchen cupboards, scrubbing every surface, even pulling air vents out of the ceilings to clean them. By 2pm our apartment was a totally different place and ready for the movers to bring in our furniture. At first I thought the price quoted was a little expensive for a deep clean, now I cant believe how much effort they put in and actually what excellent value for money these guys are. I will be using them again!

It has been done a great work in my house! I did all the courtains then the kitchen ( oven, fridge, washmachine) then the laundry and the bathrooms. I have used their service twice.First was in my villa in palm. It took two days to clean and in the first day when i went in the afternoon to check, i was very impressed as they were scrubbing all the mixers and i left. However the next day when i went after they finished and left. The floor was still dirty( not vacuumed and mopped). I complained, they came back to clean. This was a long time ago.Recently i hired them for our family villa and i am very very dissapointed with their service. I paid a huge amount for a deep cleaning. However the sofa that was supposed to be vacummed throughly still had a moth on it. The drawers still have the white dust in very edge corners and inside the drawers there was a sticky bit( some sort of sticker stain) which was still there after they left. The curtains were supposed to be washed, as they wash on the spot but it still.smells dusty.I personally dont recommend them. Any company could have done this job with the fraction of the price.
