What a surprise, high-quality and affordable service, cant believe it. I was expecting some simple wash and iron, but our t-shirts and shorts all came in separate hangers, looking brand new. Thanks The Laundry Hub team and driver Yaser.

I have used Laundry Hub several times in 2021 while in Dubai. The last time I used them, they failed to follow instructions, which ruined my clothes. I provided clear instructions on what items were to be wash and dry cleaned in each laundry bag and communicated them via messenger. To make the matter worse, one of my articles went missing. Review your bill carefully as the prices stated on the website was different. I will no longer recommend this service.

We used their service twice before and it was good but the third time which is recently was completely not professional, they kept on giving us excuses and postponing delivery, they had to clean the cushioned mattress twice. It took around a month. I wouldnt recommend them.

I gave my carpet for washing and they gave me initial price of 38 and while delivery gave me a bill of 89 and after arguments reduced the amount to 62. Really unprofessional and misleading.

I absolutely love this service and would recommend this to anyone. I have been using it every week since April. Their speed, service and friendly staff make them a pleasure to do business with. If your in Dubai either on holiday or live here definitely give them a try. My only feedback as that they really need a loyalty scheme to keep loyal customers from returning, maybe like a points scheme or even better a tier system so gold members get discount or better service. Overall fantastic!

However, this laundry business is ridiculously awful and may perhaps be the closest you can get to a scam when it comes to customer service.I have listed my below reasons for this:1) major delivery failures2) terrible customer service3) deliberately ignoring my messages/calls (i have taken screenshots to prove it)4) extremely poor follow up & communication5) “losing” one of my high value itemsI am very disappointed as I never expected such a let down.

I have to say I am super impressed! We gave it a try, in october 2019, and now we are loyal customers. These guys are quick, punctual, and reasonably priced. They are easy to communicate with, always available on WhatsApp and always do quality checks before they process the laundry. I checked out their competitors, and honestly, Laundry hub beats them on value, responsiveness and efficiency. Strongly recommend them!

Cant say that Im completely satisfied with the companys service. First of all I have to admit that they work fast and I got my suit only in 1 day; prices are average, not to expensive not too cheap. But the actual quality of laundry could have been better, as well as listening to the clients special requests. I specifically mentioned that my suit should be cleaned especially well on the edges, since its most visibly dirty over there, but my request got ignored and it was just generally lightly cleaned and steamed as usual. Therefore cant really recommend their services unless you dont have anything serious to clean and just wanna freshen up your stuff.

Exceptional service from placing the order till delivery. Easy to request the service through the app, and they follow up throughout the whole process via emails so you always know where exactly your order stands. Will recommend this company.

Great customer service and very receptive to questions. They have next day service for a good price. So be prepared and dont do laundry last min when you have nothing left to wear.

Hi,I moved to Dubai 7 months ago and ever since I have been using The Laundry Hub. Their services have been excellent thus far and my representative, Mir Ali, has gone out of his way to suit my laundry needs. My laundry is always delivered within 24 hours - very reliable! I can drop my clothes off at the concierge in my building, simply send Mir a message and he will collect and deliver it to concierge which means I do not need to spend any time waiting. I can trust Mir so when I forget items in my clothes, he lets me know immediately and returns it with my laundry. Mir will also let me know in advance that he will be in my area so that I can get my clothes done sooner - this is great because sometimes I forget about laundry. My clothes are always perfectly cleaned and pressed, and if I have any special requests like having my pants altered he will have that seen to as well.Thanks Mir and The Laundry Hub for taking great care of my laundry needs! I will keep recommending your services to my friends and colleagues.Yusuf

Starts off great, once they have you as a customer the service level comes down to 0. Was denied a discount based on an ongoing promotion, was then called to be told that I would get the discount (Great, right?). Except when my clothes was dropped off I was told I had to book online for it to be accepted, was charged full price, and would need to do so on my next order. Too bad there wont be a next order. Very disappointed with how they handled a customer thats been using laundryhub for a while..

I lived in Dubai for 9 years so far, tried couple of laundry services. I liked this one, tested them with my white candouras. I knew the spots that I need to check. They where returned spotless, collar white, smell good , really good... I liked the service , this company is on my white list.

Twice in a row they have let me down on pick-up times with no communication until Im asking why theyre not here. Its a shame this side of their business is lacking as the quality of the cleaning is good, in my experience.

Whilst on holidays I thought Id use this service, they booked a pick up time of 2 pm and by 7pm still not collected. They say there coming but never show up! Ive used others internationally for a fantastic outcome, even china was same day service. Id say consider another company!

With how they are doing their services with the clothes is fine at first few occasions that I booked for laundry. Then theres this incident that they picked up the clothes 2:30 in the afternoon and you are expecting it to be delivered the same time the following day, nothing was delivered and the guy on their customer service just kept telling after 30 minutes or after 1 hour and I waited until 6pm and yet my laundry is not yet delivered. I need to pick up a very important thing and it has been delayed due to their services. And all they can say is: IT WILL BE DELIVERED, IT WILL BE DELIVERED. But actually, I just waisted 4 hours of my time.

Tried using this service while on vacation in Dubai to help a local small business but they were so inefficient that it cost more losing valuable vacation time than it saved money over the Sheraton hotel cost. One issue that wasnt their fault was the Sheraton Dubai creek said they would cover the laundry bill cost while I was out of the hotel and I could pay it with my hotel bill but the Sheraton employee was mistaken so laundry hub didnt leave the laundry but laundry Hub didnt call me while the delivery driver was still at the hotel to let me know if any issues came up like they said they would. After that Laundry Hub didnt return 3 calls to let me know when they would return like they said they would and they couldnt reach the delivery driver by cell phone or text. Dont take a chance if youre visiting, just use the hotel even though the hotel outsources laundry and increases the price, at least they can guarantee youll have the laundry when you need it.

These guys need to be given watches. Cant seem to pick up on time ever. Useless.Gave them a second chance - they picked up one day late; then on the delivery day delivered 4 hours late. If you like your weekends and making plans othe rthan waiting for pick-up/drop off if laundry then stay well well away.

Great service and a quick one.. Zeshan the driver is so friendly and helpful .... 24 hours and my dry clean/ laundry / ironing is back to me... no worries ... always clean and tidy :)

5* Unbelievable Level Of Service!! Amazing customer care and everything came back perfectly clean, smelling fresh, soft and well pressed. Individually hung shirts, t-shirt & carefully packed in a bag small items, still warm even. :-)Not only that.. While not realising the time I was out in JLT and the driver offered to come and give me a lift back home to Ibis Al Barsha. I was very impressed with this kindness and proffesionalism towards customer service. Keep up the good work The Laundry Hub!

They returned my Armani shirt in tatters. There is 15 cm of the bottom missing. Appears it got caught in the machine and ripped it off. Very noticeable and still returned like nothing was wrong. Stay away

This is the worst service I have ever experienced and my clothes been ruined, missing and bills been overcharged! Please never use this company again as they will ruin your clothes big time. Brand new dress came back all damaged and coloured!

Best and cheap laundry service in Dubai. Excellent service

I have used this service 4 or 5 times in the past year. They do a good job on cleaning and pressing clothes but are horrible at timeliness. Rug took over a month to be returned, clothes are usually delivered with 48 hours of scheduled time. Most recently I waited for my 30 minute pick up time they never showed.

The Laundary hub provide best service, I been using them since October 2015 until today..I definitely reccomend Mir hes always on time and with smile on his face..yes I give Mir 10 stars..Thanks Laundary hub and special thanks to Mir making our life easy..

Ive been using Mir from Laundry Hub ever since I arrived in Dubai. He provides a great service and is always ready to collect or drop off laundry at times that fit in with my schedule.

Best laundry in UAE and excellent service with good prices.

I have sent my Comforter on Fridays at 2pm and they said it will be delivered at 8pm...but I have work to do so I called them at 6pm to inform that just adjust the delivery at 9pm since as advertised in their website they deliver 24 hours...but the driver called me and said he will come only after 11:00 , then I called again he said 11:30pm...omg, guys think twice here...just sharing my personal experience here...by the way they charged me 50 aed for a single comforter...I thought it worth it since I will not pick it up...😓😓😓

Misleading and unprofessional

This is is a very bad service: they ruined my clothes, they do not know how to treat a pleated skirt just to say one. Never go here, there are plenty of other laundries in dubai.
