I had requested for a Cleaner with at least two years experience with deep cleaning for my studio in Downtown Dubai and CC sent Gladys over. Gladys was amazing.She spoke fluent English, had a professional attitude and got about cleaning the studio without hesitation. Deep-cleaning is not an easy thing to do and yet Gladys managed to get every place in the studio up to mark - from the balcony to my kitchen cabinets.She even gave me a few tips on where to store my utilities so they are out-of-sight. She is clearly an asset to this company.

Booked a 2hrs session with two helpers but then it got extend to 3hrs.Staff by the name Ms. Joy was very efficient and well trained. She cleaned more than half of the house. She was quick and cleaned each area to the liking, with very little supervision.However, the second person was very slow. She could only finish the hall room in the time where Joy finished her areas.It was a good first time experience. However, it would have been better if both the staff would had been as efficient and quick as Joy.Better staff training is recommended. Also, use of the smoke detector cleaning machine would be good.

I am extremely pleased with the company professionalism, service rendered, communication and employee attitude. The experience has made me realise that we do have excellent service providers in Dubai but you need to be able to find the right ones. I highly recommend this company for hassle free service and satisfaction.

Used them for mattress cleaning after a move. They came on time and completed the cleaning efficiently. Mattress looks brand new again. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the task in less than an hour and a half. Very pleased!

After 4 years of having a live in maid I’m now trying companies to do weekly/biweekly cleaning. This is the third company and will be the only one if Rina continues to clean. She went above and beyond. I asked for organizing as well and she nailed it. I will make a few tweaks, but for having not met in person to explain she did great. I noticed the doors and windows were all cleaned, too. It is a bit more than other companies, but it was worth it so I’m happy to try them again.

Two polite, skilled workers came to clean my mattress and sofa. For the mattress I did not have much hope for it to go clean as it is an older mattress with many stains. The workers were able to clean it to the level that it looks like new! Swift and efficient, they have done an excellent job. 5 Stars deserved.

The lady who was supposed to clean, came on time and had all the necessary equipment. She undertook the cleaning professionally. Although I had booked for 3 hours , it extended. A bit pricey, but good work.

3rd time she wasted so many cleaning supplies with spending 2 hrs outside though all of her colleagues spent less than 1 hr outside and she left early a couple of times and she’s leaving without telling me anything, And one lady finished by 11:20 and only outside which was already clean , I really don’t know why you keep sending slow ladies , Though I have asked for a specific lady her name was rony or anyone who’s fast and efficient and Also they are finishing the cleaning supplies as if it’s water like 1 litre of detol was done in 2 times !!!! Why they should only use one scoop at a time I want to escalate this and compensation as well and today today’s i explicitly mentioned that outside just requires quick mopping cause it’s already clean and the bedroom requires organizing and cleaning and though she spent 1.5 hours outside with nothing to do, And we’ve filed several complaints on the website and no one contacted us And you’ve broke a 500 aed gate so we need this money immediately and compensation for the miserable and horrible experience we had with your company and we will file a formal complaint with police and consumer rights

Wanted to clean my 3seater sofa urgently and within 2-3 hours they have sent one of their well trained agent and it was so quick. The agent is Kamrul and he did a great job. Terrible experience.I hired this company for deep cleaning of one of our Airbnb apartments. The cleaners attitude was really bad. They did not even clean the bedroom as desired, even after having informed them. Left dirt spots in the wardrobes, windows and kitchen counter, yet they had the nerve to ask me for more money.I ended up cleaning the fridge and shelves myself, as the dirt was glaring at me.Scam!!! AVOID!!

Ive tried to explain to them several times what I need in terms of booking but they just dont get it. Cancelled and changed booking after confirming twice.
