I wanted to give my dry cleaning and ironing to good company. I thought Champion Cleaners is one of them. They are charging triple high on the rates as well but since I am going to get best service it was ok. The guy came to my apartment to collect shirts. I prepared them with hangars so they wont lose their form and be ready for ironing/dry cleaning. Surprisingly the guy asked me to remove all hangars. I asked how are you going to carry without hangars? He showed me a bag and said I will put in it, dont worry it is clean!!! Can you imagine your best shirts are on the hangars even they are not ironed but this company wanted to take them from you like a laundry. I don;t even talk about communication problem for English I get used with it. After calling the call center and told all the things guess what the call center replied? Yes you are right a lady told me Sir but our bags are clean!!! From this moment I stopped talking and decide to share this experience. I did not receive my clothes yet so I cannot comment on the quality yet. If you are expecting a 5 star experience from this company forget it you can get the same from a much cheaper company.
