Would give 0 stars if I could.If you care about your clothes, dont give them to these people. Their steams are filthy and they run them too hot, they will damage your clothes. They managed to melt the thread on the button holes of my designer shirts.

Unbelievable service! I gave 2 chair cushions 1m in diameter for washing. First i waited 5 days, second they RUINED MY CUSHIONS! THE COLOR IS WASHED AWAY AND THERE ARE LUMPS AND CHUNKY PLACES ALL OVER THE CUSHIONS! HORRIBLE SERVICE! AVOID!!!!!

Did not press clothes correctly for the 6th time and not possible was the supervisors response to rectifying it though they are needed for the work day tomorrow. Will be spreading the news to all family and friends throughout JVC to not support this business anymore. Bad service, worst attitude!

Very friendly and the service is very good

Very bad service. 1 pants and 1 shirt were ruined and not fixable. They were 2 expensive items and this bad laundry ruined them. Never use them at all. The employees are rude and accusing us of ruiing the clothes and they shout on the phone. Very unrespectful and after being in fubai for a long time, I consider this laundry the worse here.
