I am never going back from them.MRS is my third Garage I have consulted after I got my first car. I am never going back or looking for another one. Best service and punctual to their word. This Garage is the epitome of professionalism and standard repairs for any German Vehicles & English Made Vehicles. I had serviced my Mercedes E-300 for a reasonable rate. The dealer and certified dealers as Autobody and such were just absolute rip-off in terms of price and promised quality. Whereas Akhil & his team was flamboyant in their approach and provided quality of work.Hats Off !

Terrible company. Cheating you out of money. Uses second hand parts from the scap metal yard in Sharjah without telling you. Found them out and they said they would ask the scrap yard for another peice that wasnt broken.I will never use them again

I will never use this company again and would suggest you dont unless you are happy with having scrap metal put into your car.Having my car repaired by MRS, was the worst experience I have ever had with a car garage.They took my car in because I felt issues and they told me my rear shock absorber was damaged (among other things)... They did the work, and charged me AED5000 in total. While this was steep, I accepted it and assumed they could be trusted, however when I got the car back, it was no better than before.I told the team that the issues that I went in for was still not resolved, and so they said the Shock Absorber (that cost me AED1700 along with AED500 for labour) was still under warranty and that they would replace it. I took it back to be replaced, and when I got it back a second time, the issue was still there.I finally went back asking for an explanation, only to find out they have not used a new part, or even fitted it themselves, but that they drove my car to Sharjah to the scrapyard who sell scrap metal, and had them fit this part for me. I was absolutely shocked to find this out and said I want this resolved with a new part. The team refused and said I would need to buy a new part if I wanted it fixed.I then called around to other garages and all of them told me that a new part would cost me AED1800 - AED2000. So MRS charged me for a new part, but bought something from a scrapyard and didn’t tell me.After a lot of back and forth, where they would not help me and said I would have to buy another part, my husband spoke to them (a man) they were willing to strike a deal with him…. Clearly being a woman wasn’t good enough. They offered drive my car back to the Sharjah Scrap Yard and replace it with another second hard part!!I said there is not a chance that I would be doing this, and after then having collected my car for the 4th time, after leaving it there for a couple of hours, my car is even worse. There are multiple warning lights now and the issue feels worse. I asked them if they have done something to my car in the time that I left it there, but they claimed not to have. I know that it feels worse and I have warning lights, so I dont believe that nothing has been done to it.

First and last visit to this garage I dont know why people give 5star.Went to do some customise for my car but they ruined it.First problem they promise me with in one week but it drag to 2 weeks but as I went they ask me to pay but work done very late.Second issue is paint its not nice at all and its only 2 months now paint is comming out.Staffs they dont know how to install the parts they just add soo many nails to my car body.I wish I did not have gone to this just spend my money for nothing the guy who is supervising he is the main character just ask money only.If I can give - starts I would love to give it.

This is Team Mitsubishi Lancer UAE (TML UAE) current official garage for Dubai.Averaging 15-25 members who goes from a normal change oil to mechanical/electrical repairs, to dent and repainting jobs.We are tied up with them for 2 years now.So far so good.
