Horrible experience altogether.This is the 3rd time I tried my luck going there.They made me wait for 1 hour just to assign me to a person who can set me up for my servicing.When I asked the filipina lady in the reception why it was taking so much time she was super rude and it is really surprising how someone can be so rude in the beginning of the day(830 am).The service inspector Mr Bashir was least bothered to take proper details of the car.Meanwhile I was infront of him he was sipping tea and talking to someone over the phone totally making me feel as if I was of secondary importance to him at that moment.When asked for the time of collection of car reply was given that they dont have any idea when the car will be ready.Worst customer experience of servicing my car.I finally left and did not want to continue with them.I went back to the Al Quoz 1 branch.Thats the best place to take your car.Staff is so nice and accommodating.They are the best.

After sending below review ingot immediately response from Team on Google but after one month nobody call me that what is the issue. So we can see the seriousness of this company. Now I left and I am suggesting people that dont buy Hyundai car buy car. Very pathetic after sales service.I am phasing one problem in my car from I am chasing them from last 4 services but they couldnt able to resolve the problem. Even mechanic was not able to identify the problem. Kept my car for 3 days in week than Also they didnt able to identify. Very worst service. Complaint on call centre than also no feedback I got only one email that someone will call u in 24 hr after 10 days no call. I sent proof to them on email but all are in vein.

Worst experience and disappointment everytime I go there to do servicing for my car and they never failed to disappoint me.Everytime I have they give back the car dirty eventhough when the car was left for 2 full days for a normal service so so no rush.You must remove putting fake in your offers in your promos like free car cleaning and sanitization because you never do it and everytime I get the same statement that you can come back later and we will give you cleaning .. this is complete under valuomg for customers time because I am not free to come again all this way and follow your opening hours to to get my car cleaning done !!I regret being forced to deal with this for 5 years now for every service.

I visited them for 9 times for routine services and minor issues. I have not been tried major issues, nor required replacement parts beyond filters.1. Call centerSupport phone line is reachable and booking an appointment is straight forward and easy.Well organized communication and appointments.2. Service center @Ras AlkhorMinimalist service; no luxury but not missing basic things. Like no wifi in the lounge, a single coffee machine by coins... but the space is clean and seats are adequate and comfortable. They used to provide a shuttle bus to Rashediya metro station (useful after you drop your car) but it stopped in 2021.My waiting time to get to advisor was about 10 minutes.- Receptionist is fast cooperaive and organized.- Service advisors are Service advisors are efficient and cooperative. Mr Bashar explained the steps of service process everytime and drew my attention to available benefits.Technicians: they are the chefs; I didnt see them unless I have specific concerns. They replace parts only that are not working but not anything that is not to your liking. They care more about functionality. I still have a low humming from exhaust on start but not affecting functionality.I mostly receive car from routine service same day or next day.

I am writing my review based on an excellent service that I was provided when I dropped the car for service. Believe it or not the service took around an hour, so basically I waited there till I received the car. I had small issue with the cleaning of the car after receiving the car. They team and head of service Centre tackled it with highly professional manner. So I will still give them 5 star.

-Difficult to reach, either it gives you a busy tone or nobody will pick up the calls.-Long waiting time...most probably your car will be stuck for more than 3 days.-Unfriendly and incompetent service advisor that knows only how to over charge you on your final bill- after fixing your car, either they dont do the washing or wait for it for another hours.-spare parts are OVER PRICED!!!!

Its the worst service centre which destroys brand values of Hyundai! I gave my car for service at 16.08.2018 and today is 01.09.2018 for two weeks I have to chase the representative constantly. No follow up unless requested by myself or my wife.The initial cause was one thing and then it had been changed to another issue by today which is completely different.This service cause us inconvience for 2 weeks despite of the fact that we have extra financial spending as the car is in the service.The phone does not answer on regular basis and needs to be dialed for several times before someone will pick it up. At times No one picks it up for the whole day.The question is: why to do the service at official provider where there is no professionals there!It was advertised that there was 40% off promotion, though on the estimated price list nothing is discounted and calculated at regular price.

I gave my car for service and when I received it back, I found that they have stolen all the valuables from my car. They did not even leave coins. I had been going to Hyundai Service Center Sheikh Zayed Road and was very loyal with Hyundai. First time I went to their Ras Al Khor service center. After this incident I never went to any Hyundai Service Center. Now I always go to petrol pump for service and saving money and time.

I had always being servicing my car in Sheikh Zayed Rd service centre, it was a satisfying service all the time. now i had given my car for servicing in Ras Al Khor, i got my car after 3 days as it was measure service. but what to say they gave my car back with welcome light on the door off. when i went back for check, they told me u dont have that option in your car. Surprised !!! from Last one and half year it was there and now suddenly gone....Kind request Sir, we are also working here and we dont have that much time to bring our car again and again.... Worst customer service by Hyundai. Never going to buy a Hyundai again just due to the service .people working at service centres are severely understaffed and therefore cant reach to all customers. They also have horrible policies like you can drop your car a day prior to the service u must come at the specific service time . Long service time ecen longer if u want a check up done on your car .Poor service

I have given my vehicle Hundai santafee on 21/07/18 and after 5 days they said these parts are not there like Fuel indicator thunder , seat belt fixing , and more over apart from these cleaning of car , he was giving me the cleaning voucher as if we cannot afford that cleaning. staff are useless they have to inform us that they cannot do these works. next time i will not give my car there any more............... thnks for worst service they provided to me.

Pathetic service.Unmannered staffs. I had an appointment on 21st may.The latch of my car bonet is broken and it will take 15 days just the parts to arrive at the service center.I was told i will be receiving the call on the 16th day.Now its 29 days after my visit.I havent received any call.Worst of this is nobody picks the call at their office atleast to followup.I keep on call toll free number and they sings the same lullaby every day.It will be forwarded to the concerned department and i will be receiving the call immediately. I am not sure when is the so called day gonna come.Also i had bad experience doing the servicing from here.They make us take appointment then wait for hours.Best part is we should ask the staffs to clean the dust here.Please take the carpet out.Wipe the glasses.I dont understand what servicing means to these people.I have been noticing that Juma Al Majid guys only do if we forcefully ask them to clean after the delivery.As a customer I dont have any other option so the only way is to suffer them.Ridiculously hopless service center services. The worst service that I have seen for a car servicing. Normally when we give our car for servicing they wash and clean the car before delivering it. I have been noticing that Juma Al Majid guys only do if we forcefully ask them to clean after the delivery. More over more than cleaning the car it is an eyewash. Their service is is also pathetic. The receipt that they give doesnt provide any explanations of what they have done on the car. It is designed in the software by a dumb IT person and is very primitive comparing to what other companies provide.Shame on Juma Al Majid.As a customer I dont have any other option so the only way is to suffer them.

Too sad with my Elantra 2015 Model issue. My car just finished 55k km in 4 years and started ticking noise from engine. Can you please tell me if this can be covered within some warranty exclusion? Very bad service experience I had. They didnt fix the main problem of my car and they made me pay a lot for extra things which werent so important. Now my car is with them and they are making me pay again. Please dont go there. their service is very bad.And when I went to pick it up again: The worst service ever. They called me to pick up my car. I came and it wasnt ready. Had to sit there for 2 hours. Talked to their manager and he gave 50 aed discount! Thank you! I was late for work and I lost half a day of my salary. Never again. Very expensive and Worst service ever.

I have been calling this service center every hour for the past 3 days and have still not been able to speak to anyone. I have a Hyundai Sante Fe and apparently this is the only center that deals with SD Card updates for the GPS system. Unbelievable customer service!

Pathetic! I gave my car for service only to get it back with a broken key and when I asked basheer the service advisor what happens next he just kept me waiting there for half an hr only to come back and tell me that they have to order a new key and that they will only fix temporarily so I had to wait for another 40min.15 days latter I get a message to go to the show room only to be met by surprised cs who had no idea of why they are there. After waiting for almost half an hour they sent me to basheer again who instead of owning up to the fact that he never told me that if I want my key that they broke replaced I had to leave my car, he starts shouting and telling me he is not there to argue and that hes going for lunch and if I want a new key I should come after lunch and leave my car. At that point I just left coz he was not willing to help. So disappointed by Juma Al majid they should not be selling cars if they are not willing to provide service or atleast have people who know what they are paid to do.

Aweful Service Centre on the planet Earth! I have given my Hyundai Tucson for routine Service and I was given with a direct line number of the service advisor; purposely withholding his official mobile number. No matter you keep on calling the phone whole day, no single person is there to attend the calls. And if you call their main number, few ladies are sitting there only to give you the stereo type replies all the time which will not actually solve your issues.Totally irresponsible and unprofessional way of treating customers. Guys, You cant surely go a long way with such substandard Service level. I hate you million times. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Takes very long for service to be done. Nobody calls to update on car status, and no one picks up the line from the service center. Spare parts take too long to come in and be fixed. Regret having a hyundia!

The issue on my car was gear shifting which arose due to improper service done at Qusais service centre.. also there was a noise on the steering while turning right..Before I visited this service centre (Ras Al Khor), I read all the reviews which are mostly negative.....believe me my experience with Ras Al Khor is completely different and I would say it is 95% positive....Finally I received my car today 05/10/2017.I would like to thank below gentlemen who handled my CAR, a small note off appreciation.Mr. Yaser Ali (Service Advisor) - One of the best service advisor I have ever dealt with.. he makes sure that all the reported issues fixed. the best part is he listens to all your problem about vehicle and makes note on the job card ....keep in mind you have to chase him for the feedback (too busy)....otherwise 100% thumbs up.Mr. Jinu (Test Engineer) for providing best observations and comments.Mr. Sameer (Steering Engineer) who fixed my long time issue which Qusais centre couldnt able to do it.Mr. Razmi (Alignment Engineer) for making things complete.Mr. Ahmed (Courtesy CAR) for arranging standby CAR during these days.Take note, I visited this service centre two to three times during this service period....Overall response is good only....

Hyundai Service Centre HQ, so huge service area is available as expected. One good thing is you have very huge car drop area in the front. Service Engg is very attentive. First time, I felt better after servicing in Dubai Centres.Hyundai asks exorbitant amount for updating their outdated maps in new 2015 vehicle. So, you are stuck with generations old map with no miracast support in this Post-PC era. The same 2015 US model gets Bluelink etc.

Ridiculously hopless service center services. I am cursing now for the moment i took decision of purchasing Hyundai car in Dubai. Always latest available date for car service is approx. 1 month ahead. That means once your car has reached to the stipulated KMs, leave the car at home and do not drive it for approx. for one month because if you drive during this period and unfortunately anything goes wrong with the car then agency will just shirk off its responsibility by saying that car was due for servicing and you over run the car without servicing so its your problem. Hyundai corporate must close down car Juma al Majids car selling devision because car sells are increasing, unit is growing by booking profit but ignoring servicing obligation. Hyundai corporate and UAE Govt. Authority must audit this unit on the grounds of A) Ratio of Car sells Vs Car service facility, B) Servicing quality, C) Customer satisfaction. Anyone please suggest me which Govt. Authority to approach or where i can lodge my complaint to Govt. Authority.
