I was at Dubai for honeymoon for 3 nights 4 days, i rented 3 different cars for 3 days, R8, Boxster GTS and Huracan. They were kind enough to drop it at the hotel, every car exchange was smooth and fast. Special thanks to my guy Daniel for setting everything up and making sure everything went smoothly.

I am a frequent traveler and rent cars all over the world. This has to be worse experience by far. Me and my family travel to Dubai once or twice a year. It was a last minute plan this time to my usual car rental companies didnt had any car available for a week so I did a quick Google search and ended up getting car from this company.The service provider is really into wrong profession, they really dont know what luxury car rental works. The driver showed up at the airport with dirty car (it was just wiped in a haste and not properly washed), car had a lot of scratches, low fuel, oil change and many other check engine errors.I was tired from my flight so had no energy to look into details.The driver tried to dupe me into overcharging by more than 200$  than what was originally agreed with their company. I was about to swipe my card when I double checked amount. He apologized and corrected the amount.I got the car washed and tank filled myself after leaving the airport. Car had issues the entire rental period. I brought it up with the Filipina who I originally spoke with on whatsapp at the time of booking. But she was no help and she again directed me to the same driver who tired to dupe me earlier. Only help he offered was to come and look at it. I was on vacation so didnt wanted to spend anymore time on such hassle.Time of returning the car was very distasteful as well. Their driver came 30 minutes before time and the company threatened me to charge entire day if the return is delayed even by an hour. The driver who came to my hotel to collect the car start taking photo of each and every scratch in front of me which was very scary. Becasue the car was fully scratched when I got it at the airport. They handed over me the car in airport basement parking with bad lighting and of course out of trust I didnt took any pictures of the scratches. But it was very unusual for any car rental company I ever experienced to look at the car infront of customer the way their drive was doing. He even looked at the KMs, fuel tank and all errors that cars computer was showing, as if it was all my fault. I understand car rental companies check all of that but their way was very unusual and scary.Overall its not a luxury car rental at all. Avoid it if possible.

Really excellent experience. Rented two cars. Both were brought to our hotel and picked back up afterward. The guys from the VIP Team offered to come back and clean the Lambo because it was a bit dirty. The Lamborghini was electric and taken well care of. The process could not have been easier. The rates were quite reasonable as well. Would recommend.

I was in Dubai for 4 days. Rented 2 cars, both in perfect condition. The guys we communicated with, very polite. They delivered the cars to the hotel which made everything very easy and convenient. Must mention that one of the cars was a convertible, which made the night drive in the city of pixels amazing. I rented a rolls Royce ghost over the weekend for a very good price compared to other luxury Carrental. The car was pretty new with very less km in very good condition. The service at the office was brilliant and fast, the staff over there explained me everything what I should know about that car as it was the first time that I am renting a exotic car like that. Overall I had a very good experience and I will definitely rent my next luxury car again with them in Dubai.

This company is nothing but fraud. They are expert in lies to customer. All there reviews are fake. I rented 2017 Bentley as it mentioned on website but they delivered 2014 Bentley with ( check engine )lights on also ( breaks )issues with car which wasn’t safe to drive and charge me money for 2017 Bentley. Just to make little extra money they put visitors life on risk. On delivery of car they made fake paper work and write year 2016 make of car . Registration and Inspection of the car say model 2014 . I called Sumira who made the booking she is expert in lies she said we bought this car in 2017 . I guess she need to go school so she would understand the meaning of make year of the car . Her attitude was horrible she reminds of perfect thief . I attached the pictures with my review so consumer could see . I seriously think Dubai authorities should take strict action against this company they are doing fraud to visitors. I’m sure Dubai authorities could check by number plate this car is not 2017 or 2016 as they mentioned on website.

Hired the Lamborghini Huracan. Imran came, delivered the vehicle for free, showed me everything and picked it up also for free. Had a problem with the trunk as it wouldn’t open, he took the car, got the trunk opened and then came back to drop my shopping. Hey!I do not suggest this office to anyone because they never return deposits back to customers. If possible, give them cash instead of credit cards. This Lebanese man who works there, told me that it would take 21 days in order to have my 2000 AED deposit sent back to my visa account. 21 days later, i checked with my bank they confirmed that there was no deposits and the 2000AED was charged instead of “ blocked “—which this Lebanese should have done! Not charged !. Until today, i have not received nothing from this office, the funny part is that he keeps saying he has released “ the block “ and blames my bank for stealing my money ! How funny and unacceptable this is ! My bank has confirmed everything with documents but this guy, all he does is talking ! I will take a big action when i return back to UAE, i cant wait till they open the international flights !Be carful people !
