Make sure you check the car before taking over (even more thoroughly). I checked all around the car but the guy marked a very faint dot on the windshield. Turns out there were two (again very minor) but they blamed it on me and charged me an addition 400 bucks. I had taken full insurance. Last time with Thrifty.Response to Thrifty below: I had sent an email the very same day but till date there has not been any reponse. I had asked to provide the check out forms for previous two customers and also the service report of the car since it had gone for service just before I took it.

This is probably the first time I have given feedback on a car rental business. To be honest, they tend to be pretty soulless places, but the guy I interacted with here – Meer – turned out to be human! I was super-stressed trying to get my family to the Abu Dhabi airport whilst juggling a load of other jobs including taking my kid the doctors. I was delayed and was panicking that I might lose the car. My wife and I called a few times, and he was really calm and collected, assuring us that the car would be waiting for us when I eventually got there. Suffice to say, Meer has my business whenever I need a car in the future. 👍

La relación calidad-precio del coche muy buena. La atención recibida por parte de la chica que nos atendió muy mala. Estábamos solos pero nos atendía como si tuviera una fila enorme de gente esperando detrás de nosotros. Cuando le preguntaba dudas del alquiler incluso hacia caras (sorprendente el trato de esta persona). Dudas a cerca del pago de autopistas, gasolina... Recomiendo el alquiler con este empresa ya que nos es la primera vez que lo hago pero no en esta oficina. Si sois primerizos en Dubai, tenéis dudas y queréis hacer preguntas mejor alquilar en otra oficina.

The attention of Mr. Meer was very good. Friendly and professional. The car is almost new, very clean and well equipped. Thrifty’s office is located on the LG floor of the Mall. I recommend it.

Do not fulfill their obligations!In three words:09/10/2015 I ordered a car for my family, we had to give me a car at City Center Ajman at 10:00, arrived by taxi, everything is closed, there is a sign with a phone number, we call there - one number is just silent, the second with 10 beeps, the lady took and began to say that their point only works from 14.00 !!!I tried to explain to her that I have an order confirmation, the prepayment is charged, etc. she told me that she knew nothing, we were working only from 14.00. I took a taxi and went to the Dubai mall and then the Thrifty point, I immediately approached them - he explained everything, the manager called somewhere several times and said that they could deliver the car to the Dubai mall by 15.00 and they would call me, but at 15.30 and 16.30 nobody called me back! I spat took a taxi and went to Ajman !!!!So, dear tourists, before contacting this company, think 100 times!Because of this company, I spent at least 1.5 hours of time and 250dhs which translates into 5000 rubles.
