I was in Dubai for 4 days. Rented 2 cars, both in perfect condition. The guys we communicated with, very polite. They delivered the cars to the hotel which made everything very easy and convenient. Must mention that one of the cars was a convertible, which made the night drive in the city of pixels amazing. The city is also amazing so will definitely be back there, and will contact the same guys for sure. Highly recommended. Thank you

The Best Car Rental company in all Dubai, Top class cars, services and so many varieties of cars, I took a Rolls Royce Cullinan for 3 days and the car was like pure Luxury and Class, with full safety and sanitization. Terrible experience!!!Majority of 5* reviews are FAKE (notice that every person has only left 1-2 reviews)Here are the issues happened to me:1) The car was brought 1h late and was catastrophically dirty (with sand inside). After 20 mins the person finally understood the necessity to wash it immediately and at their expense.2) Car had numerous alerts (engine issue alert, low battery key alert, low cooling liquid alert)3) It’s been taking them more than 1,5 month to get back a deposit. The person called Maher have been impossible to join for several days. But suddenly, when called from another number, answered right away. Coincidence? Don’t think so.Not recommend at all.P.S. If within 3 days I still don’t receive my 2000 deposit, will proceed to a MasterCard chargeback.

Stay away. Really bad service from start to the end. After 45 days they still have not refunded the deposit of 5000aed.A lot of troubles to book the car. We agreed with one model and color and on the day of the delivery after waiting for one hour they said the car was on maintenance, of course a lie.Booked again for the following week, the car was delivered 2 hours late what we scheduled.The pick up of the car then was scheduled for 11am, no one showed up. Finally someone came to pick up the car at 6pm.They dont answer to my messages anymore.Im going to the police to report this scam.

The nightmare began when I had to constantly chase for my deposit refund, Maher kept fobbing me off.I took matters into my own hands and did a chargeback which was the only way I could retrieve my funds.I do not recommend this company, stay away and take customs elsewhere!

I have reached out to relevant authorities all my deposit money was stolen and Maher avoided me for days and has not returned the money months after the rental.I will be contacting other posters for their info and we will get their business license revoked and press for all criminal charges.If anyone else has had this experience let me know and I will pass your info along to the authorities. Thieves, I hired 2 cars from them and they have failed to return my 5000 Dirhams deposit. I would never recomend anyone to use these scammers. They only give stories that they will transfer my money. He changed his appearance and has a long beard now.The owner of this company, Maher Al Khedr, works for and rents cars from Superior Car Rental and other companies under his name and makes you pay the deposit into his personal account. After the car is returned, he takes the deposit instead of unblocking it.I think he and the manager at Superior Car Rental is part of this scam. I rented the car from Spider Cars but my contract was with Superior Car rental and had his name on it as a Sales Person, which means he works for Superior Car Rental and uses Spider Cars to scam people. My 5,000 AED deposit into the following account “MAHER AL KHEDR DWCC~~DUBAI~00784 784”. This is his company but it trades under the name Spider Cars, unless he changed the name.Deposit are placed on hold and never leave your account with any rental company except this one. I have a case against him and if anyone would like to follow my course of action, inbox me. Evidence of excuses, false promises and other references available upon request. PS I even visited this building address and its just a fake address he uses. Youve been warned. الله المستعان
