Theyll take forever to refund the advance money.Edit : I had given 1 star because it took 3 months for them to refund my advance. When I asked them they said there was some issue in their system. There was no information about the delay by the company. I sent many emails and there was no proper response from them until I gave 1 star. I received my advance now, so Im giving 4 stars for their services. They should improve on customer engagement and proper communication. I dont understand why customers need to send an email for asking refund advance amount, they should return it right after 30days to customers account.
Had a fantastic experience with this company. Our first time driving abroad and with a 2year old as well. No delays in picking car up at Dubai airport - super quick and friendly service. We had a puncture, shortly after leaving airport, but a representative arrived within 10mins to swap cars for us. Amazing service. Again, no issues handing car back. Rental cars refunded the costs we were charged for tyre quickly without any hassle. Really impressed with the whole service !

The service here is so bad and non professional at all.I almost booked dmy car, sent the required documents and was about to pay, when they realised that I have a new driving licence they told me oh we apologise we only have 2013 model we dont have 2019 modelIf you guys are afraid on renting your cars to others just close your business and open a grocery store instead
