I rented a car here when I came to visit my friends. From the offered cars, I decided to rent a BMW. I was more than satisfied with the price, because I counted on a large sum. In general, I was satisfied with the service, there were no problems even with the return. I recommend it, the company is not bad.

Masterkey was super easy and super responsive to rent from. We got the Lamborghini Huracan Evo reserved the night before and had a blast going out through the desert and Dubai city at night. Definitely coming back next time I’m here.

Rented a car from this company on 04/6/2021. The communication was smooth up until I started to request my deposit back. The deposit is 5000 dirham and I paid that in cash, as stated in their policy, my deposit would be returned back to me within 21 working days via western union. It has been almost 2 months since I’ve returned the car and I have yet to receive my deposit, or any info on when to expect my funds. This is absolutely terrible.

This agency is a pure scam, they buy all googles reviews and followers on instagram, they never refund the deposit. When you return the car, they go straight to a spot to locate something and ask you to pay extra money. Where should I start, the car was 2 hours late on arrival for my partners and I 10 year anniversary, which then in turn made us late for our special day dinner, not the end of the world but not a great start. The car was clearly abit of a wreck didn’t sound like it was maintained well, on return I got lost and in turn went 4km over the daily allowance, spoke with the rental agent and said “seeing as the car was 2 hours late could you write this off for me” to which he replied “of course” anyway later on that day I was then accused of an additional 34km, showed him the pics of the mileage before and after then he replied “no worries I will get this sorted” the deposit was then delayed it states returned within 21 days however try more 30 days, again not the end of the world but the deposit came back £90 short apparently for 1 toll gate and excess for the 4km extra. They pretty much make the numbers up as they go along. The agent ignored me on initial request to find out why I wasn’t refunded the full amount then when threatened with leaving a review he turned abit nasty/ unprofessional he only done this on Watsapp audio, so obviously can’t show you his kind words. Won’t be using them again, under the impression a lot of there reviews on here aren’t genuine. Please see the pictures below.
