Indigo rent a car (the one in Silicon Oasis) is conveniently located for me and I use their cars once in a while when need arises.Staff is courteous, polite and understanding. Highly recommended. Also, never had bad experience with these guys.

Even if you return the car a day ahead , they have an automated system of penalising customers. But the promise that they make of returning the refund with in 25 days after the car is returned is not automated . They take no responsibility of delays in refund and there is no way we can penalise them for delays.

Do not rent a car from Indigo rent a car. These people arent helpful at all, for a minor scratch , hell breaks lose. I would never rent a car from them again. All they do is beg u over the phone to please rent the car for another day

I had rented a car from here 3 months ago. Still using it. They give me excellent service always and the best car. Using a latest 2020 car. No hassle and completely trustworthy company.

They dont deal with you professionally, call centre or whoever the call gets diverted to speak to you like you owe them. Yes, the cars are maintained well,they love you when you are renting but are never transparent about the transactions that happen. Read the contract carefully. You need to return the car with fuel ( same quantity when it was given to you), note that u need to get to them if u need your deposit back.they wont give u full deposit return if u ask a bank deposit instead of the cheque. They take cash as deposit but dont return cash,you have to visit the branch to collect the cheque. They charge a processing fee for bank deposits. When you ask for car pick up different sales men will give u different quotes. You cnt return your car before the contract ends( even if it has one day remaining, they will charge you on daily rental if you return before completion). When asked how long should i wait for my refund, the lady says i dont know i cnt do anything,you will have to wait till you get it!! I had to call the deposit guy directly. They will ask you to followup all by yourself.no cascading or delegating happens. They dont return the deposit in 25days as per the contract(25days after the car is returned)they expect you to be legally bound to the terms but not them! You have to drop the car to their branch even if they dropped it to your location when you rented! When your car shows an oil change or a service,they say the stickers on the car is wrong and they will ask you to drop the car yourself to the service station if you insist you need a service.despite getting service emails somehow their systems show different dates for service.Plus the mental stress! At times you will hear keyboards banging! I had to go out of my way to remind about deposit. They all have their reasons ready and not reasoning! They dont explain the dos and donts when u rent, but everything comes into picture when you return.as soon as old contract ends they charge u new prices for next contract if u wish to continue. Used to be highly competitive but now they charge 500dhs security deposit + VAT instead of blocking the same on your card and to collect it you need to revisit the branch. You pay VAT for a deposit which is to be returned and moreover have to go back to them to get the money back. How incompetent and unprofessional!!

If you care about your money, please avoid! I have tried numerous times to get in contact with them during the pandemic to return the car, but their offices were closed. With the proof in my hand, still they have charged me an additional month + hidden fees. They said before that the car has GPS and it can trace when the car was used last time, but now they are avoiding to give me an answer. After that you have to deal with some inexperienced and rude employees. Plus, they are not providing receipts for what you pay. It it not worth the headache.

Quite good price for renting a car in the market. I have rented twice but had no issue. Good thing is that they have a drop off free but wont pickup for free so you need to decide what you actually want. They have office at most of the places.Over all good experience!

Unethical company, dont deal with them. I rented a car for a month and when I wanted to return it, the guy actually went under the car to take a picture of scratches under the front bumper, as if he already knew that the scratches are there, they wanted to charge me 1500 for minor scratches under the front bumper in addition to a police report for 420. This company is running a big scam on their customers. No one will ever look under the car to check for scratches when receiving the car.

2 hours to pick up a car. No calls to let me know the car is delayed. Rang the manager to complain and he was always in a meeting .... hmmmm??? Worst experience yet in in Dubai... well done Indigo=============================UPDATE:After waiting for 2 days for the manager to call me back Indigo finally offered me 1 day free to remove my bad reviews... I told them I will pay for the extra day and update the reviews telling everyone they tried to bribe me for good reviews.

The experience I got with this company is so bad ,they are extremely unprofessional,I dealt with them about 6 month. Many issue happened then you need to talk and argue to get your issue solved. The worst thing happened when you deliver them the car and they knew you bought a car and you do not need them anymore.I deliver them their car paid the balance and without any authorization they charged me 1890 AED through my credit card they already have my credit details. It took my about one month to get my money back .they finally deposit my money without any apologies claiming it was a mistake and they only deposit 1490 AED instead of 1890 .I complain to customer right they said this company is out of their scope its free zone area ,so be careful guys this company has very bad reputation and they teasing the client with out any care .very dirty cars and very slow and bad service. Their prices is fair for the market but the service is so bad BE CAREFUL

Expensive rate, cars are always dirty with lack of maintenance. They charged full extra day because exeded few hours its was abit disappointing for me.

They filed a case against my Friend after taking the deposit from him for a tyre puncture.After taking the deposit they sent an email saying there is nothing due.On going to the airport for vacation to fly home he could not go since there was a case filed without intimation.Immigration did not let him travel for 2900AED (tyre puncture value shocking) .Avoid these guys at any cost.

Couldnt rent a car here because for proper insurance they want your licence to be older than a year. My international licence is renewed annually, so I cant get insurance although Im driving for 24 years! Never had this problem before anywhere in Dubai or the world. Went to Thrifty just 500 meters down the road, full insurance, lower rates, unlimited kilometers, no problems!

Worst car rental company ever. First they try to charge me AED1500 for a damage of AED320. And they were insisting to call the police because they cant close the contract. There was never ever an accident! And at the end they keep your balance payment to for 30 days before they pay you back. Even though they are already 6 days late and make me run after my money! Never ever again.

I have been renting a car with them for a couple of months , the prices a bit higher than other places, they took extra money because of new license , although other offices didn’t do that.Overall Fair services .

Honestly they are so bad from the minute you walk in to the kind of car they provide. They lure you in with good offers and will milk you for your money through hidden costs. I received the car with low fuel and I returned back with almost the same amount of fuel I received it maybe a bit less and the guy at the branch in silcion oasis was arguing with me to go back and fill the car with petrol or he will deduct it from my deposit!!!! So rude and o top of that if you get a fine they have an addiptnal 70 dhs fee. Make sure the minute you get a fine go on RTA and pay it right away. You can do that but if you inform them you got a fine and you want to pay it yourself they pay with within 24hours and charge you 70 dhs extra. Also I am still chasing for my deposit it was supposedly going to my bank account directly but they keep changing their mind from cheque to direct deposit. And its been almost 30 working days. Be careful and know you are signing up for a headache more than anything

Avoid Avoid. Im giving them a one star rating as there is no -1, otherwise these people deserve a -50 or so. They have a method of thieving almost all customers. The most common one is to swipe your card for deposit and then never return it. They also come back to you weeks later claiming false and fraudulent monies for faults not related to you at all. But they will blame all there worn out vehicles on you.. Id be-careful and walk into a herts or an avis if I were you..I have been bitten by them
