Please read the Bad reviews first to save yourselves. And am certain the bad reviews and horror stories about this company might be true👎👎👎👎. Absolute horror. I am happy to save myself, all thanks to the unprofessional attitude of the sales person. Today I was in conversation with one of thier Sales person or am not even sure if its a manager. After sending my Emirates ID and Drivers licenses, I had a genuine clarification. His response was Dont waste my time, look somewhere else, you are not going to take a rent a car you are just asking questions. Am sure his response would have not been the same if this was a person of different race or origin. Even after pointing out that he was being rude, his response was my questions were irrelevant. I was very surprised to receive this type of treatment. Especialy at this day and age. But I am very glad that this type of attitude came out up front. This helped me steer clear of this cheap and unprofessional hut of a business. I would not recommend this type of an organization to anyone. Am sure even if they are polite and kind in the begening, the true colors will come out at some point. The company representative who I spoke to me does not belong in the service industry. And if the company is hiring this type of ppl to serve its customers, am sure the horror stories you will read further down are true.

Renting a car from them since August 2019 . I havent encountered any problem with them at all. Owners are very cooperative and understandable, specially in the current pandemic. I have requested for a 50% discount for 2 months due to COVID-19 and without being a second thought happily offered me.

Rented a 2016 Hyundai Accent for 9 months. They were really good with me. I got into an accident, they sent me an emergency truck to take the car and provided me with a replacement car the next day, it was covered by insurance but I had to pay a co-payment since it was my fault. Got my deposit back after 30 days of returning the car. Friendly staff and professional. Would recommend for car renting for sure.

Rented a car here as per a my friend recommendation whose been renting her car with them for years. I believe i rented a car for more than a year. Prices are affordable and everytime there is service due or there is an issue with the car it was taken care of immediately. I also recieved my deposit after 30 days in person. Unfortunately due to covid and job redundancies had to return the car.I highly recommend renting a car from here.

Worst service ever! After returning the car, I was promised a full deposit back in 20 days. After 30 days I called them, they blamed it on the COVID and lied that the bank is holding my deposit. I just realized that I will never receive it back so I am writing this review. Don’t rent with these people.

I was extremely satisfied by the service provided. The standard was as per the given google reviews through which I first learnt about this company. The service was efficient and prompt and without any unnecessary delays my request was entertained. The cars were maintained to the standard of quality assurance and there were mostly low-mileage cars that were given for use. The integrity and cooperation of the employees must also be appreciated. I misplaced a bag which they were kind enough to return . They delivered it back to my postal address without additional charges. I would highly recommend their services to others.

Extremely disappointed as they never refunded the advance money after several follow up. They are dishonest and would not recommend them to anyoneI would encourage you to take action as we have the copy of the deposit receipt as well the the continuous follow up done by us for over 1 year. I’ve read the other reviews and I seriously don’t know why are they getting on their nerves, I tried their company cars and every single time i was greeted with a great and humble staff they try everything in their power to give comfort to the customers. I’ve never seen any of their staff misbehaving or not getting on their terms completely, i am satisfied and every time I visit Dubai I contact them for a car they’ve become my personal rent acquaintance.

Worst company ever! DO NOT rent a car from them! They never gave me my deposit back since more than 2 years ago! And if I had any inconvenient with the car (which happened often) I had to come myself to the office and waist my time, instead of them picking up the car and replace it.I thought I was the only one and I gave up on asking for my money. I don’t know where to start. The worst experience I have ever had. After half a year I don’t have my deposit back. They stop answering my calls. Very dishonest company. They will not return a deposit! I read in other reviews that I should file a legal complaint with Dubai Police. I will do it right now.

I m renting car from them since 1 year . There location is in very very good place in the heart of Dubai called JLT . Very very cooperative staff I have some issues with car like battery . They came in just 1 hour notice and change the battery of car . They charge very very price . Some times I m not paid so they help to me to pay my rental fees 1 week late . I m very very happy with this company . Still I m more 2 years in Dubai. I WANT TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY 2 years more . I rent from them Hyundai Tucson 2017 model for just 2400 aed . Price of this car in another places are 3000 aed . Low rate good car .👌

My husband and I were renting a car from them for more than half a year. Everything was ok before the time came to return a car. We paid for a full month ahead but returned car 20days beforehand. They said that prepayment is not refundable, even though their Car Rental Agreement doesnt mention it. But we went with this. What could we say? Even though it is 800 AED. The worst part began after. They received a car said that everything fine, but no prepayment back and only deposit 1,000 AED will be refunded within 30 days period. Today is more than 100 days and they keep saying tomorrow. After my husband left a review they become furious. Now they dont pick up my phone calls. The only option for us is to file a complaint with the Dubai Police. We encourage everybody who is in the same situation, as we can see we are not the only one, write a complaint through a Dubai Police App. It is very simple. They trying to go away with this because we are not in the county anymore. Thats the way they are doing business. I dont want anybody else to be in the same situation thats why we are doing all of this. Please, help by filling a complain, maybe calling their office. Together it is easier to do.P.S. I can see a lot of robot 5-star reviews start appearing at the same time. They are trying to fix this mess by putting fake reviews and not doing a right thing :)

NEVER rent a car from them. They will never return the deposit back to you. It has been more than 3 months now and they keep saying tomorrow. Every time there is a new excuse: I am alone in the office; It is a new VAT system we are very busy today. Just a dishonest company. Read other reviews, it is all the same. I will write a Crime Report through a Dubai Government App. Suggesting you to do the same to stop this scam artists from doing an illegal fraud.
