This is the worst place to rent a car. They have been advised by the hôtel I was but they are dishonest. First, I asked for a 2018 kia sportage and the guy brought a 2013 kia sportage. When the guy came, he asked me to pay quickly the deposit and the amount for the rental. But I should have asked to See the car first. When we finish to sign the contrat, I was disappointed to See that it is not the car I wanted. I told the guy I I wouldnt Take it. He said dont worry, I Will give you discount, the car is good. And it was too late, I already paid. I accepted but my nightmare just started. The car was empty of petrol. I took the car to go to Abu Dhabi with my family. On the high way, the Air Conditioning stopped working. It was so hot and the children were sweating and complaining. I was so scared ! And I realised that the car has 228 000 km at the counter. When we were coming back from Abu Dhabi, same expérience. I was so desapointed. It ruined a part of our holidays. When the guy came back to Take the car, I reported the incident and he saidhow can I know ? . No excuses ! Then I told him that the car is half full of petrol because I couldnt know many liters I need to go to Abu Dhabi. He said it is your business. If you want, you can remove the petrol by yourself. I was shocked to hear that. Please do not rent a car with this company. They are dishonest and dont care about you and you safety.

I rented a car in january 2021. the car was clean and nice. I used the car for a week and gave it back just before leaving from dubai. The responsible person said that i can get back my deposit after 1 month. 1 month passed, i gave my iban number to get deposit. They sent but i didnt get the money in my account. And then, we talked and decided to send the money from western union to my name. And i m still waiting for my deposit to be sent.Whenever i will get the deposit, i will change my rating and comment in here.

Please be careful they charge more than they say. I will report it to the government. This is a scam.
