Easy to amend booking, and quickly refunded cancellation when holiday dates changed. Have used for last 2 years and rental always been without a problem. Now they’ve been so great with changes and cancellation, I’d always use them.The rental prices are very reasonable. The customer service is excellent and they are always available to solve any problem!

From my experience with them, they enjoy professionalism in high-end dealings and the availability of luxury cars at competitive prices. I would recommend dealing with them. I liked dealing with them a lot.

WARNING: DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THESE SCAMMERSWe took an audi a5 from them last month on a weekday around 19.00. The next day we messaged when they want to come and pickup the car but they did not reply till 23.30. Then they came and said that they will charge 1 extra day!!!?!!!??They only take cash for the rental cost but will charge a deposit from your creditcard. They took 255€ euros extra from us which was 1 scammed extra day and 1 fake fine.We rent cars always in dubai at different companjes but watch out for this one. BE WARNED! They will not even give you the contract and also will not respond anymore after they have the car and charged you extra. SCAMMERS! DO YOU REALLY THINK YOU WILL GET ANY RICHER THIS WAY SCAMMING TOURIST?

I had very bad experience with them , they claimed there was some damage from my side , and they didn’t even let me see what it is and they cut my Frm my credit card without my permission. No reply when we ask about it. Worse experience ever.
