I just done vehicle registration renewal this morning and visited this place for the first time.It was very fast to have it done like in 10min (faster then I thought!) not crowded. Also all the staff there were very attentive and supportive. If you are looking for something they will ask what they can assist. Thanks a lot and will visit this place again next time!

Quick, efficient and friendly RTA staff. I was buying and registering a motorcycle - the whole process took 1 hr including testing, deregistration, issuing new insurance and registration under my name.

One of the best testing centres ever encountered in Dubai for me. The cheerful testing personnels to welcoming receptionist and security. The whole process got over in 5 to 8 minutes. Highly recommended.Good job to all the employees for keeping a high standard and customers happy.

Whats good about Tasjeel Motor City is its not too busy as other Tasjeels in other locations,hence you get help fast in a less crowded place. It is however a little bit busy on weekends, so you best go midweek if you dont waiting much, or if you find like large crowds.Additionally is very clean and well maintained.

Quite new Tasjeel Vehicle Testing center. In my 10+ years of being in Dubai, this was the fastest test for a renewal of my vehicle registration. They have 4 testing bays, I visited at 6pm on Wed and it took just 15 mins overall. I only paid testing fee there in the office and they directed me to continue the registration renewal online.

Best one, there was no queue and all transfer of the car got completed in 15 minutes including the test. I wouldnt go to anywhere else for it.

I am just doing this review for the comprhensive test that i have for the used car which i want to register . the test is done in unprofessional way and there was no clarification for any defects or strong points in the car , what was mentioned in the test report just this is okay or not okay , the report was not showing any information for the car , engine performance or meachncal items although the cost of the test was very high around 420 almost double cost of the other centres , plus the guy was not willing to explain any thing about the car if i can buy it or not and he was speaking in unprofessional way when i have asked him to explain . at the end he got angry and he left me . i want to say i pay too much money for some thing that do not deserve . very bad expereince . but for RTA team and RTA sevice , the team is very supportive .

It literally took me 9.5 minutes to get my vehicle checked on a midweek evening - cant say how happy I am with this service and how helpful and fast everybody here is!

It was so easy, smooth, hassle free and could do it in not more than 30mins. Friendly people, no rush and all done in one go.The security guy at the entrance was very humble enough to guide. Over all I was very happy to get my car registered, except for the fine though I tried my hard not to have any 😉

Bit busy place to register, renew your vehicle.Even with 4 testing bays it is quite busy.There is a Starbucks coffee shop just next to it and AutoPro to fix, wash your car.

Easy and fast process..been here twice for renewal of my car registration.

Went on Thursday at 7:15 pm and left in 20 min. max, was great exp. and the place to test your car without any hassle, starbucks & qahwa cafe are in the same area where you can chill until you finish the process!

New vehicle inspection centre at motorcity. Not much people at the time I was there. Drive up straight to the inspection lane, get the number and head upstairs and wait for the officer to call your number for payment. Whole process took less than 30 mins (most probably because I am the only one there at that time). There is a Starbucks within walking distance if you need coffee or a quick bite.

The service was excellent, helpful staff, helped with online requirements and insurance. They took into account my age and lack of itc skills required to process the online stuff and supported me through it . Also guided me to the correct areas I needed to complete to finalise the process.

Quick and super efficient. Not very crowded either.They do only the vehicle testing. Youll get the soft copy of the test results via email. Once your car has passed the test, you need to do the registration renewal online. Mulkia will be couriered to your chosen address with a delivery fee of 25 AED. Super easy and convenient.I had to renew two cars and did both within 30 minutes!

Current update in 2021.- Service 0 out of 10———————————Did the below review in 2020- Its a brand new setup- Quicker processing times- There was barely any staff in there as they are a fairly new setup.- Its of great convenience for people living around this side if town.You can avoid the wait and stress at RTA barsha.- Hope it stays less busy than the other testing centers.

The technician broke the front bonnet latch. He didn’t own up to it and said it was already broken. I work on my car myself so I know it inside out. No point complaining, they will only argue. I was hungry and it was late night so I left.#nocustomerservice

The staff is generally helpful. For renewing registration, my car was failed because of an old accident (a minor dent on the rear bumper) that needed a police report. Despite submitting it right away, I had to wait rather too long to obtain the pass report.

Best Tasjeel office I have ever seen, extremely quick, less than 10 min for vehicle inspection

They have everything to be successful...but they have 4 inspection bays and only 1 working. 3 employees trying their best, but cant cope with the demand. Which makes the service slow

Fast service. However there is possibility of improvements. Only 2/4 test bays were working and one was occupied by a truck for at least 40 minutes. Hence, long queue.

During weekdays in the morning, theres barely anyone there, 15 to 30 min Max and youre done. 👍

Although the centre has 4 test lanes, they were only operating 2. Nonetheless, even though we got there at 8:40, they still managed to accommodate my request and transferred ownership of the car to me after having done the test too.

Not much to talk about, just new place for car registration that makes life easier for motorists who needs to register or renew their car registration. The very good thing about this place is its always empty, therefore, you will done with your job very quickly. It is also worth mentioning that there is car washing facility just next to it.

Fast and Quick service !went again this year had a small issue that needed fixing before accepting my Car . Haris their supervisor did an excellent job to guide me and took from his time to help me out how tofix it .

Met Mr Hari at the workshop , he took the car for testing and it took around 15 mins for everything to get done.If you are in outskirts of Motor city still I suggest you to visit the place, not much traffic , good location and amble car parking.

Its new and not a lot of traffic on it, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I heared the insurance options are a hit expensive but i insured my bike via the phone with RSA as usual. The whole process didnt take 10minutes from dropping the bike to finalizing and paying and getting the new registration card. Highly recomended.

Not too many people are aware of the Tasjeel (Vehicle Transfer, Registration Renewal and Checking) located in MotorCity. It is a great setup with personalized service because of the low number of clients as people seem to be unaware of its existence. The supervisor Mr.Harry is particularly very helpful and goes out of his way to make the experience pleasant for every client. I highly recommend using this Tasjeel for all residents of the vicinity (Motorcity, Arabian Ranches, Mudon, Damascus Hills etc). Top notch service and turnaround time!!!
