No hassle, no crowding. Thankfully, when I went, there was just 1 car in queue. Quick and efficient. The guy at the counter was efficient too.

This Tasjeel branch is conveniently located in THE discovery Gardens to serve the Jebal Ali area, it is almost always empty, I love getting my car registration renewal done here as things are done fast here, the place is clean and has plenty of parking spots around it with the closer one designated to ladies, people of determination and VIP cuatomers, their working hours are 7:00 - 9:00.

Quick, easy no line, empty inside.The only sad thing about this place is customer service at the counter. Lady who was behind the desk was rude, did not bother to answer any question i had, ignoref me completely, the only words she said was cash or card. I paid and left clueless to what the next step is since policy changed to online registration.Left disappointed... it is customer service in the end, they should be at least nice to people.

Very fast and convinient center

I was very fast, professional and super service. Especially thank to Mr. Shinou Iqalleri and Mr. Sainu Deen. They helped me so much! Great staff!! Thank you for all!

Vehicle inspection was so quick.

Much smaller compared to Shk Zayed road. Staff at counter were quick on their tasks, next time I will goto Shk Zayed road Tasjeel as it has better ambiance.

Totally inefficient. Three people involved to do one simple thing. In 2021 we expect a little more.

Its really fast service

It took me almost 1 hour to finish all, but everything was good, and you have to pay the plates guy to fix the plates.

Not busy, professional, very quick process.

The staff are not particularly helpful, very short and uninterested.They do not take the time to fully explain to you the process, and for someone who was new to the process. i found it a bit confusing and as a result left without having completed the registration which now has to be done online. I now have to pay for another inspection because i did not register online within the 30days.

You cant express the high value of customer services they provide here.Id love to say tyanks RTA and the whole staff.
