More Than An Hour To Get A Vehicles Passing 😑 Out Side Three Counter For Entry But Only One Person Is Sitting.If Your Vehicle Test Finish From Outside Team. Inside Five Counter But Only One Lady Sitting In Counter 16 .Dont Know Why Pushing All Companies Cars To One Vehicle Testing Centre Without Proper Arrangements 🙄🙄

Bad customer service from royal detail shop, no system to protect ur rights I lost the invoice and they told me no invoice no services and the system needs two weeks to find ur invoice. They were dealing with me as I’m not telling the truth

Poor queue management.. No insurance available on-site..Reply to the owners answer: I already had a booking, and was there 15 minutes early, (at the back test lanes) but the queue actually depends more on the opinion of your staff.. Really professional..I am sure waiting in the normal queue at thr main gate would have been much better.

Long queues, not logic to have all Dubai companies do there testing in one place and leave all other testing panels empty and this one crowded as 2 hours waiting
