Not a recommended repair shop. Sent my land rover in for a fault issue. long story short they charged me 300AED to diagnose a problem that took a different repair shop to fix FOR FREE with in 10 minutes. They also told me I need replace a part that was apparently fault which was not true. I also asked for a general check of the vehicle. They completely missed the damaged CV boot on the front half shaft which was spraying oil all over the inner wheel arch. VERY BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE ADMIN SIDE AS WELL. Took 3 days for a quote which I still had to remind them about on the third day. In short DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! WORST 300AED I HAVE EVER SPENT!

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !Hi,I would like to share my VERY BAD experience with them.First of all, they are very expensive and they did not give any discount !On top of that, I had an issue with my car and they DID NOT fix it ! I paid 750 AED for a poor quality without any result.When I explain that the issue was not solved, they did not reply to me anymore !I dont recommended them at all, you car will not be fixed with them !

I recently visited Landmax to get a check-up for my Land Rover. I was surprised to find that my Land Rover problems which existed for a few months got identified here. The price quoted by very reasonable and affordable. I am very glad to find Landmax Auto Service Center to fix my Land Rover. My experience with Landmax started when I visited their website. The live chat staff was very attentive and replied to my queries very professionally and I got my booking on time. I reached 5 minutes before the booking time and Landmax accepted my Land Rover for a check-up. I was not charged for this service. As car check-up in Landmax is free. I am very glad to get a minor service for the best price in Dubai (because it is a minor service offer price till 14th Feb 2020). My recommendation is to check for offers period if your vehicle needs a major service. I was also introduced to the Annual Maintenance Contract, the overall saving of AED 2,300/- I am considering to get this.Thanks for Landmax professional staff with good experience in Land Rover repair work.

Have used Landmax for my Range Rover service and repairs. Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable team who go beyond the normal service. If I ever I move back to Dubai I will definitely use them again.

Trust me never come to this garage for cost effective and high quality service, it is wasting your time, here are reasons:1, They claimed free inspection, which come with quotation is even higher than Al Tayer, as they add invisible service charge2,There is a slim Philippi technician, who is neither professional nor patient, he did not explain problem and advice , even no rough conversion3, The slim Philippi technician’s service attitude is awful,he is ruining garage reputation, as customer always expect joyful and satisfied service.

I went to Landmax in the hope i could service my Jaguar at a better price than Al Tayer. I was made to wait nearly an hour to be given an estimation that exceeded the quote i received from the authorised service partner. I firmly believe that i was given a price that they thought i could pay rather than based on the cost of the work, a basic service should not cost the price i was quoted. My advice would be to choose a different service centre.

Excellent service from these guys. They came to my place checked the car, explained to me exactly the problem and towed it to the garage. They gave me options, costs and had the work done within 2 days. In addition they offered to return the car back to me. Very respectful, friendly and professional.

Very disappointed with the experience and we ould be very careful to recommend them to anyone. They have Municipality issue with regards to offering services which was never communicated. Moreover the receptionist has no professional conduct. My Range Rover was given to me with stains and no service information or record. Worst experience ever.

Was driving up to Dubai from Muscat and had a piece of window frame on my ‘08 LR3 come loose. Called ahead to these pros and they had the parts ready for me on arrival, completing the repair within an hour. Was impressed enough that I asked them for a quote on some overdue suspension maintenance. They came in at a very reasonable price, and also advised me against some unnecessary work recommended by the stealership. They also noticed and repaired a leaking coolant hose that would have caused me some serious problems on the return trip. Would consider them first for any work on this and any future Rovers. Ahmed and Mustafa know their stuff will take good care of you.

Had a swift and satisfying resolution to all outstanding issues. Proactiveness to highlight critical issues was very usefull. Cooperative, attentive and polite staff staff was an icing on the cake...

Theres thousands of garages in Dubai, so there really isnt a need to go to one where the manager attacks you. I didnt have any major problems with the work that was performed or the initial customer service. However, when I went to collect my car, the service manager Ahmed was aggressively challenging me and proclaiming he doesnt care about his customers or the companys success. It was an appalling display of unprofessionalism. I spoke on the phone with Mustafa and he was entirely more personable and able to speak in a humane manner that explained the situation with the car. So although the work wasnt bad, and Mustafa was good to deal with, I would not be willing to go back to this place due to Ahmeds aggressive behavior.

Excellent service from Landmax.I drove from Abu Dhabi with my Jaguar XJ L for having fixed an issued that I had for months.In less than an hour they were a Ken to give my car back with non more fake warning for defect that was not existing.Thanks
