He know this job by heart and care about his reputation.Trust is everything thats why I trust this garage.Never had any issue but if you did you can always go back to them.After all the car is a machine and a mistake can happen but never experienced it.

A very good experience comapred to some othe places in dubai who do offroad car modifications. They found out my issue and fixed it after other shops couldnt, also when i had some other concerns they where able to sort it out and have also pointed out other possible future preventative measures to consider. Very please with the sevice.

For off roaders this is the number one place in Dubai, even though they repair normal vehicles too... Very professional people... For what they do, they does in the most perfect manner.. Mr. Rajesh Paul knows what an off road vehicle needs and he say No for what is not needed... But he explains the reason for why he said No... Then its up to us.... From my personal experience i feel they are very reliable...

Im from Abu Dhabi and have a tough time finding quality off road service. Im happy I didnt Marshall Auto Care. Whenever Im in Dubai I stop in to Marshall to get quality service, repair and custom work done.

I had the worst experience with this garageWent there to add a trailer hitch to my grand cherokee SRT, the guys there dismentaled some covers below tge rear bumper and did not fix them back properly. Uppon arriving home 30 mins latee i found out the cover is missing. The garage promised to get me one but never did despite going back there several times, every time the owner Raja was finding excusesMy advice is DO NOT go there if you care about your car, you can get better services somewhere else for a better price.

I was recommended to check out Marshall for repairing my FJ that needed quite a few things. What i liked about Rajesh the owner is his approach that was very transparent. He recommended to do first a bumper to bumper diagnosis and we took it from there. The work was genuine and the bill was very reasonable, once that was done we took this to the next level and did a relatively full mod of the FJ, Rajesh explained to me in details and again in full transparency what i needed to do and what can wait until i become better in offroad desert driving. I like that approach, yes he is there to do business but he cares long term and did not take advantage of my enthusiasm . I am in love again with my FJ and i know i have Marshall as my reliable consultant and go to garage for everything i need. Also a word of appreciation to Marshalls professional and friendly team. Had done axle strengthening for my wrangler (front axle), fabricated a bumper cover (steel and powder coated), installed a kill switch to disable air bags and stability control during offroading. All these work was done perfectly. Its been an year now since i did this work in the car. Till now everything is perfect. Staffs are nice and patient. They know the job. They don’t work in a hurry, the do it neatly and perfectly. Perfect place to take care of your rig.

I did skid plate for my Toyota Prado..and kill switch to disable Vehicle stability control and ABS( for offroad driving)...They are specialist in offroad vehicle modifications with a group of skilled technicians....

My experience with Marshal Auto Care was excellent. At first I was a little worried because of some small communication gaps, but then I was amazed when I received the car with the quality of work and the attention of details.Definitely recommended and they are reasonable with the prices.

I would really rate this very high. Right from doing something small even though its not significant for them to doing bigger jobs - They just do it right and do it with the right attitude.They have worked on repairing my brothers old Jeep Grand Cherokee when there was a rear diff issue besides doing other wear and tear works.. right to fixing other basic accessories on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler - Skid Plates, Rear Table for camping etc...they give good attention to detail and think thats very important when you entrust your vehicle to any auto care place.

If you love your car please DO NOT GO to this guy! Messed up a brand new Xterra and wouldnt replace the damages he caused. Forget about refunds! Just not to be trusted. Purely money minded. Such bad quality works! Strange and funny designs which only he would understand.There are plenty of off road enthusiasts who have their own garages. And they are much cheaper with way better quality works and products.

Absolute Magic.Came across Marshall Auto Care through a offroading forum.My FJ had a steering vibration issue at 80 to 100 kms and for months I struggled to rectify the issue with visits to garages,allignment shops almost every week!but without any change increasing my frustrations.As a last resort..I called up Rajesh Paul and explained him the issue and he asked me to drop my FJ next day which I did.The next day after a through check and reallignment,the vibration issues gone and my drive perfect smooth.There are a million garages out there in Dubai,but sadly,most arent able to rectify a issue lest alone give you a proper diagnosis, explantion to thet problem or will charge you a bomb.Rajesh and his team,excellent work.Honest straightforward dealings.Only regret...Why didnt I go there earlier.....:)
