I went for an oil change.. first time trying their service, but i needed Castrol Oil for my car, and they are within the very few that have it.Staff are very friendly and the service was great.You can help yourself to coffee, tea or water (Free coffee machine) in the waiting area.Mr Sam, the tech who changed the oil inspected all leaks as well all required service checks.We had a very friendly and informative discussions.The Place also have a full manual car wash service, waxing and car detailing and by the looks of it they are popular as all washing bays were busy and more cars were queuing.Definitely recommended...

The staff was Very rude, first made a joke on how dirty the car was and later told me my car was too dirty (isn’t that why im here to get it washed?) and they cant wash it. Took my business to someone who knows basic customer service. Very unprofessional.

They dont have two bits of respect for their customers. The guy in the long beard was outright disrespectful and unwilling to help out even when he knew I waited an hour to get my car washed. In the end he happily took the money and didnt care that I was extremely disappointed with their service. I used to be a regular customer, not anymore!!

They are not honest stuff i forgot my beach chairs at their place after cleaning my car, i came back to take them i found that they used them and broke the chair arm i can’t use one of them any more, this is not honest to use customers belongings
