- I took my car to Black Diamond after an accident, Dima the operation manager was there and personally she told me with her comforting and nice words that everything will be good. My car was dent fixed in fabulous way with professional smart paint. Thanks to the staff especially Dima each company needs this kind of manager like her on the floor and not behind the office giving orders. 🥰

I went to black diamond for the tint, the tint quality is bad it’s not what they say it is. they said it blocks the heat but it doesn’t block anything. People can see from the outside although it’s 70% tint which shouldn’t show anything from the outside. I went back to change because it’s on the warranty, the customer service was poor and they didn’t help me out.

Great Job but need to minimize the duration

I didnt even get to do the refreshment even though its supposed to be done every 6 months , very difficult appointments u should wait at least 30-60 days to do the ceramic , why because its complementary with the ceramic. And they tell you to book in advance before a month. Its not realistic to book months in advance for a ceramic which is not a major thing. I want to do it before traveling or something and i cant because of this appointments timing.

Good work done specially on black cars. Usually the retouch takes a month for an appointment.

شغلهم عالسيارة نظيف ولكن للأسف الادارة سيئة وخصوصا البنت اللي عالاستقبال. وديت السيارة السبت واكدت لي الموظفة ان السيارة بتجهز يوم الاثنين. اتصلت الاثنين قبل لا اطلع من الدوام على اساس اشلها واروح البيت قالو ما خلصت، بتخلص باجر. لما وصلت البيت اتصلو وقالو السيارة جاهزة وانهم خربطو بين سيارتي وسيارة ثانية. اتحركت من البيت وقبل لا اوصل عندهم ردو اتصلو وقالو السيارة مب جاهزة. شكلها الموظفة كانت ملانة فبغت تتسلى.
