The worst experience ever, I went today to the showroom in sheikhZayed road, I was looking for Eclipse cross car and no one trybto explain the features and benefits for me then I asked the receptionist also she gave me non specific Information, I left and I came back caused I really like the car then I asked her another question,she told you can ask her college inside, unfortunately he answered me with very rude way the he said you can check this car I told him which ? He even didnt standup and leave the chair to show me? I really shocked with this attitude? This is disrespect for me and my husband. I cant imagine this service in dubai ,Im buying a car not Doing shopping

I was planning to purchase a Montero sports from this showroom, all terms and condition were final, I went with one of my European friend to take a look on that and I needed his suggestion about mitsubishi because he recommended me for off-road. That day my friend asked some additional benefits to sales agent (that time manager and sales agent were already in argument with one of the client) the agent suddenly changed his tone and behave very wrong with my friend, I requested to agent in my language your tone is not good he said why your friend asking for benefits. That time I didnt said anything and changed my mind now Im purchasing another brand. My request (because we cant suggest) plz request to sales agents if the sales increase dont lose temperament its very important in sales. Hope if the sales agent read this maybe hell talk better in future with clients in all circumstances.

If there is an option to give negative star review it will the appropriate ratings of this service center... the service center and customer handling is worst. We signed a contract to extend our car servicing knowing it would be the best but it is a big disappointment. We need to wait for a week to get a slot and pay extra charge for every strange findings of our car..🙄

VERY BAD experience from Al Habtoor Al Qouz Service Center, I dropped my car for knocking noise issue since 20,000Km service, it has reached to50,000Km after they have changed the parts and solve it from DIC branch, but then the other issue from this service center is about their negligence and carelessness. The question is a BIG WHY? although my steering wheel is having a damaged leather already on the right side for almost 3 years maybe because of a poor quality of leather or may be not a GCC specs. but the issue is when I have taken back my car the leather steering wheel was peeled off on a new 2 particular areas so thenimmediately asked my service advisor and he agreed that peeled off is very clear as new compared to the old one. Then he ask me to approach the branch manager and then when he sat on my car proudly he said SORRY I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT...so then I asked them to conduct an investigation for what they have done... because I cannot accept for almost 3 years with me the car just one area of damage happened to my steering wheel then for them as a service centerfor just for 2 days only, for this issue what the service advisor did, instead they have to conduct the investigation on their side he approached the warranty department to inform them that.......I, the customer is trying to claim for the warranty of my steering wheel...which is I knew that is not covered...so that I would like to clear my side as a costumer...that I am not claiming against the warranty of my steering wheel INSTEAD I am claiming against the negligence of this Service Center. I hope the management can do something about this issues...thank you

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!just took my car for a service - my new car came out with 3 paint chips/scratches! I used the vehicle check sheet to argue my point and eventually the manager agreed and said he would fix it ON MY NEXT SERVICE. I was done arguing so I got him to write what he agreed on the receipt and sign it. When I took it back they filled the scratches with pain (really badly) and the paint was the wrong colour. He tried to tell me the colour would change to match!!!! I am no fool. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

By far the worst experience ive ever had in my life.You take your vehicle for repair while its under warranty and they argue every single thing you point out.To top it off, i took my car for servicing and they somehow managed to mess up the screen that is place on the headrest. When i showed it to them and asked for it to be replaced they said that its warranty is valid for one year, they could use SUPER GLUE to fix it and that if i want to replace it i have to pay from my own pocket.So basically they break and you pay.

I have discontinued servicing my car from them after they were unable to fix the problem with the suspension in my brand new Pajero after n number of visits. Poor customer service, staff kept pushing me for AMC even though they were unable to address the problem in my car.

If you are looking to buy a new car from Mitsubishi in Dubai, buyer beware. Our investigation found a new car was sold with damage to the front structure. The dealer had performed body work by replacing the bumper cover and clips, and then repainting the body. With cover ups such as these, buyers should be aware of what other potential hidden issues are not clarified or noted to new car buyers by this dealership. Due diligence is always necessary, but most people expect a new product to be in perfect condition and an enjoyable purchase, not one with you feeling cheated. Both the manufacturer and dealer have lost our trust as reputable companies.

Mitsubishi is an excellent brand, alhabtoor is giving it a bad name.Their service is terrible. And they only tell you what you like to move on with the deal, then they do what they like.When discussing with their salesman the purchase of our car, we were interested in getting the top class and he mentioned an offer of tint and paint protection. When we finished the deal later they delivered us the middle class car and without the tint or paint protection. They denied the offer later on and because I have no paper, I could do nothing. It is my fault I trusted them as the agency thinking they will never do such cheap tricks. I should have made sure every bit we agreed was written on paper, signed and stamped.My advice: always beware. Keep everything in writing. They may sweet talk to you to rip you off then deny their promises later on.

The first impression wasnt nice; being greeted with a cold face by an uninterested receptionist; followed by the sales agent with whom the appointment was booked was busy with another client. But the best part started when I objected and then got directed to another sales representative.He was very courteous and explained all available offers and options including the arrangements for the test drive.

I have a colleague who bought a Ford Explorer at the same time I bought my Mitsubishi Pajero. On 37,000 kms I was already asked to replace my brake pads and on 53,000 kms I was again asked to replace my brake pads whereas my friend, he has already made 90,000 kms and yet Al Tayer workshop has not told him to replace his brake pads. He travels to Sharjah where traffic is way terrible in the evening and in the morning commute whereas I only stay in Dubai area where traffic is not much of an issue. Moreover, they just told me that my warranty (supposedly 5 years or 100,000 kms) is no longer valid because I follow the KMS travelled before having the car serviced instead of every 3 months. Why would you take your car for servicing when you have only travelled very less kms? I dont travel that much thus despite my car being 4 years old, I have only made 53,000 kms. They want to make more money out of you thats why they want you to visit the shop every 3 months or so even if you just travelled very few kilometers? This is not how you make a repeat customer.

Terrible experience with staff and branch manager. Very rude branch manager. Very poor service. Staff didn’t provide with full information. Couldn’t get my deposit back because as per “company policy” it’s not refundable. Branch manager was even shouting on me and trying to prove that he is right even told me if you’re customer then come and seat on my neck😅. Never seen so unprofessional answer. Anyway don’t suggest at all. If you go check everything in details otherwise will be misguided like me.

Don’t bother making an appointment. People are called in a very disorganized fashion and quite frankly whilst there’s a lot of people waiting to leave their cars for service, we see the attendants just chatting on the phone and doing something other than receiving the cars that are waiting to be serviced. Very bad perception of the service they provide unfortunately.

I bought three service contracts and my one warranty claim in 100,000 km got rejected due to irregularity of service. Total chaos! Even if there are few customers waiting it takes them forever to just accept your car (drop off for service). People dont bother to wait for their ticket number and just walk up to the counters. Counters are VERY slow and a total chaos. Get your shop in order!!!
