You can experience the best ever car sales/servicing from Al tayer motors.

Because my Ford car is imported from the USA, Al Tayer Motors refuses to provide a warranty on the parts they fit or their workmanship. Ludicrous.

Customer service equals zero as no one answers the phone. After calling 6 different numbers not 1 person pecked up from 9 attempts for the sales and service depts. Good luck.

Have very bad experience, thier brand new cars have major faults and they are just selling it and let you suffer, i got brand new ford explorer 2017, after 20min from delivery i noticed big noise from the back suspension when moving on road bumbers called back the sales rep and he said this will dispaear in 2 days, but apparently this was not true the sound is still there and I had to leave my car (brand new!!!) for 13 days to fix it with other major problems it has and the problem has been verified by 3 different technician in 3 diffirent timing while they coukd not fix it now they say this is the charecterisic of the car and we can do any thing, and raised this to Ford and they wasted my time as well and did nothing i spend too much time and visited al tayer 4 time each times spent 2-3 hours, i do not recommend any one to buy any car from them they are good till you buy then they leave you suffer, now Im working with my lawyer to raise it to police

I had a bad experience for the service. they checked my cars for 2 days for a Coolant leak. they told their computer didnt detect any leakage so they change the coolant reserve tank. then after few days i noticed that the coolant in reserve tank is empty again, so i called them and they told me that they will check again what is the problem and i need to pay again. i just asked the other repair shop and they noticed that the water pump must be change not the tank. so its a waste of money paying the unnecessary parts. by the way, i just paid extended service warranty which is a waste of money.Just an update, today they tested the car again and found out that my friend garage is correct, they need to replace the water pump and they will charge me double the amount, and when i decide not to do th ejob with them, they charge me for check upWorst!!!!!

They have only 3 slot of service time every day in the morning. Also once I apply repair service with insurance, but it took more than 2 weeks. I dont know how they are suffering from this kind of big company has lack of manpower.
