I was waiting for the black edition Lexus lx 570 It wasnt available in any of the outlets. I decided to get the signature Lexus lx 570 , and from the 1st day, I had steering issues. I talked to the dealer and they told me to take it to one of the mechanics. The customer care tells me to wait for a reply for 24-48 hours. I cant be running to mechanics when I get a brand new Lexus . This diminishes the Lexus brand, and give me less hope for the company. I want to get a new car with new chases. I am very disappointed with Lexus customer care and showroom. With a brand new car, the steering wheel is running free and is dangerous to drive on roads. Google should have a zero star system for these bad business practices.

I bought my Lexus NX 300 from Lexus Dubai Festival City branch. The sales person I was dealing with was Mary Oliveros. Dealing with Mary was very pleasant and she gave me a good deal. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Once you step inside the showroom you get the sense of luxury around you with some of the lexus fleet that are scattered around, its a pleasure looking around and observing the cars.Some of the staff there were either unfriendly or show no interest in selling cars to the customer by being so reluctant to explain cars features or allowing the customer to get a test drive.This review wouldve had 2 stars if it wasnt for the manager who was very helpful and professional and attended the issue with the salesperson in a great manner.

Flagship Lexus Showroom of United Arab Emirates. Almost entire range of Lexus is either available as displayed within the showroom or parked outside. Staff available can speak multiple languages. Test drive cars are available too with a long course test drive in Dubai Festival City area. This Showroom also has a Pre-owned showroom within it. Just incase if you want to save on budget and yet drive a reliable luxurious car. Showroom also has recently added Intersect By Lexus flavor to it with great coffee and Crafted for Lexus items.
