Excellent service with highly organised workshop & recently launched app. My first visit as a recent LR2 owner went very smoothly.

We purchased a brand new Vogue and it is a great car. However, it is a nightmare to book a service with the local dealer in Dubai - Al Tayer. We have not been able to connect to any person by calling the number and it constantly bounces us from one user to the next. Then, someone shared a Whatsapp number which promised to get back to us with an appointment for the 1000 kms service and did not respond for 2 days and now we continue to get ignored.It is a question to Land Rover if this the customer experience they feel is appropriate for the brand that they sell in the luxury segment? We do not feel privileged in any manner and it is not unreasonable to expect the service booking to be seamless.There is a lot to learn from BMW here, or the brand loyalty for Range Rover will not be able to compensate for the poor quality of dealer service.

Worst service ! These guys rip you off and dont even do the job they promise . Its happened to me thrice ! Each time I pay a huge amount to replace a part and the very next day or two the same complaint resurfaces and I had to take it back . Today It recurred on the same day !!! They dont care even if you complain . Never ever will buy a range rover from Al tayer again

Worst service ever I have received since morning calling asking for recovery and professionals to come and take the car for service but waste of time 4 hours!!!Call center agents just wasting time transferring left and right .Some very old and unprofessional recovery came after 1:40 mins waiting could do anything doesn’t speak English and just left!!!!Later technican called saying I can come after 2 hours so since 10 am till 3pm wasting time with this useless service center.Don’t call for any service waste of time and nervous!

Pathetic customer experience. Nobody was interested to show or explain anything. All the sales guys were busy sitting or walking or some leisurely chit chatting on phone!! From the time we walked in we were so unwelcomed ... never seen any outlet like this!! Employees like these not only eat into the revenue but also damage the reputation beyond repair!!

If you plan and schedule your visits, you shall get the best of Al Tayer services. I strongly recommend Mr Hassan who helped me buy Discovery Sport, followed by Mr Hussain at service center who helped me get some additional top-ups done for my car. Very reliable and well coordinated staff. However, people may face delays if you are not planning your visit. However, buying a costly car is neither an easy job nor one done in haste. If you are keen on buying Land Rover cars, I suggest you get an appointment with Mr Hassan and then relax and follow his lead.

Land rovers are not economical to maintain, especially when compared to their german counterparts. Unfortunately i found this out after buying my Range rover sport. Having said that, i am grateful to the service advisor who recommended me to extend myservice contract. Since then i have not had to about the expense of maintaining the car. i would encourage the management to review the rates though. On my last visit I had a unpleasant experience with one pf the service advisors, hence i aproached Sankit, (the same person who had advises me on extending my Service package), he not only took care of my issue but also made sure the higher authority was aware of the mishap I had. Am convinced that the workshop is in good hands.Hope to keep my car for couple of more years, fingers crossed it will be a pleasant ‘ride’

Visited showroom to checkout he new VELAR:1. Avoid sales man called (Mohannad Al Shafie), he totally not interested to sell and market the car, even not offer to demonstrate the feature of the car, when I asked about the about the price, he said the price what you see in the paper in front of me!! (For information: the car price start from 250,000+ not 250 Dirham.2. The showroom does not offer printed catalogue nor electronic catalog. Also, customize car is not an option (select from dealer selection)3. Unfortunately my second visit to showroom but still same bad experience with salesperson staff. It seem that they are not interested to sell any cars. The only positive goes to reception staff but even she was tired going to search any salesperson to assist us. The only showroom I notice this point.My second visit to the exhibition and unfortunately the same negative evaluation, due to the sales staff. The special thing was from the reception team and their distinguished welcome to the visitors of the exhibition, but it was very noticeable that the reception staff was suffering from the search of an employee in the sales team to help the visitors as if they were not interested in selling their products. The only noticeable show is the weakness of the sales staff.
