I was looking to buy car and I had many choices and offers, after various searches through google and other platforms, I found Exotic Cars websites and presents for my dream car, however as the normal process I called the showroom and a person named Marks has attended my call and offered me a visit to the showroom, I had doubt either to go or not, then I decided to walk in and see my car,, really I liked the car at the moment I saw it, after observing the vehicle purchased the same... Great experience! I dealt with Mark and it was a great purchase. Quick, efficient and total honesty is what I experienced. The owner personally called me to assure me of their commitment, I really appreciated that. They really have an eye for great cars and their customer centric approach is really professional.

These people are typical used car dealers, they treat their customers like mushrooms, you cannot trust anything they tell you. I asked about the optional extras on the car I was interested in and was told they dont know, they told me they dont get that info when they buy cars. They told me the car was an import from Germany, I pushed for the build sheet of the car , they reluctantly provided it , the car was from Canada, Canadian cars are very undesirable in the UAE.

I recently consigned my Mercedes AMG with Exotic Cars. I recently sold my car using Exotic cars. They managed to sell my car within a month. The price was as per agreement. However, I had an issue: I had requested my plate number to be retained after the transfer of ownership of the car. This wasn’t done. Initially, they declined that such a thing could be done and after showing them that they had faulted, they told me that my request wasn’t relayed to the person from the showroom who went to complete the ownership transfer. So they “forgot”. I found this to be very unprofessional for a dealer who deals in buying/selling cars on regular basis. Overall, the experience was neutral.. not great, not bad. Just OK.

Not recommended at all to deal with this showroom, they have very bad customer service! They always lie in any thing they promise you, that they will do!Am currently suing them for dishonesty and not returning my money back.

I bought a car from them more than a year ago, they are just a bunch of liers, and no matter how many times they tell you their car is clean, test it !!!! I cant stress this enough, dont trust those douche bags, just a bunch of thieves, most of their cars are damaged, I bought an expensive and exotic car from them and turned out to be damaged although they said its clean multiple times, it was my fault for trusting such people out of excitement for the car.To add on that, I traded in my car with them which was a 911 Carrera 4S which was super clean with very low mileage, and they gave me in return this damaged piece of junk.DO NOT TRUST THEM.DO NOT EVEN THINK OF VISITING THEM.Just a bunch of liers and thieves, specially the owner, acts like a faithful God fearing angel, but in reality they are only thieves and liers.
