Very disappointed… I bought Canon EOS R from Canon distributor and I contacted Canon Mirdif city center for EF EOS-R mounting adaptor. I bought some items from Canon Mirdif and booked the adaptor order, after one month of continues follow up, they informed me over the phone …we have stock of EF EOS-R and that only for the customers who bought camera from us. You can contact the distributor and get the adaptor… this is not the way to treat a customer who is approaching to OEM directly . I bought the Camera from CANON authorized distributor from UAEPlease visit any other CANON store … not recommending this branch
