Yusuf was incredibly helpful, as an amateur, he let me try different lenses before I bought them and didn’t let me spend extra on things I didn’t need which was very honest. Great to see a salesman that actually knows the products.

Went in for some support on the wireless mic that needed to be synced with my Canon Mark3 today at 11 am. The 2 staff were already very rejective about moving their finger to offer any kind of support.Inspite of repeated request they would not even switch on my camera to check but insist that its not the right mic.Walked down to Grand stores who were happy to help, even though they did not sell me anything. Fixed the issue within 5 minutes.SHAME ON YOU CANON !!!!SHAME ON YOUR STAFF TOO!!!

Manificent store,cheaper prices for the best quality

Purchased 85mm 1.4 .I found dust inside. Give back to this shop for cleaning. After 1 week get it back. Still there is dust in side the lense.this is new and weather sealed lense how come dust inside??really disappointed. Never recomend this shop.

This store is absolutely useless for pros. If you are a tourist and want to buy full price some stuff along with no advice at all and no knowledge from the sales team then go there. Otherwise, seek on internet the not so well exposed stores but with great staff, huge choice and better deals.

The store looks untidy and disorderly. The stuff tells you everything you want to hear just to sell a product. For a manufacturer store they dont have all products canon sells.Highly not recommend!

When we are compare from outside here price is high. May be the quality is differ.Support and advises is bad and fake.
