Not professional and Rude Staff.Al Falak used to be a customer first company, which i used to buy few of my camera accessories. and today i visited Mirdif City Center branch. and i had my worst experience.both the sales guys were so rude and questions me of im going to buy the product. one guy refused to demo or even show the product. which is so un professional. when i asked why cant he show me. he reacted in a rude manner and said i can show you only if youre buyingAl Falak Management: should ur staff serve only of we agreed to buy the product?This is the last time I stepped in to your store.

All what I can say is ... just check the product and accessories online before you go there , the price difference you will find in some accessories they charge x8 more in some products, dont be fooled, I would never buy from them again . And I would never trust anything they say.
