Same experience as the other reviews. Wanted to have my camera fixed, they said okay give us a week to fix it. After one week, no update. Called after two weeks, they are always out of reach. They still didnt fix my camera and only told me they were waiting for parts when I managed to get them on a call. Two months past, I finally decide to just get my camera back. They still havent fixed it. Guy refuses to give it to me the same day because it was in open condition. Ridiculous as it was my right to get my camera and they didnt do any service at all. He said to come back next week.After a few arguments with the guy he finally gives my camera back. Unforunate experience asa photographer friend of mine recommended them but maybe their service quality has declined since.

Looks like a great shop. Full of old cameras, plotters, printers etc. Quick and professional service taking my good old Canon 24-105f4L standard lens for cleaning and maintenance. Waiting for the result to decide if I give the 5th star as well.

I dont want to give even 1 star for this but google review wont allow me to post!!!!If you want to have stress, headache and waste your time, I am suggesting you to visit this shop and let them repair your camera. Im sure you can have it back after a year!!!It takes more than 2 weeks and they didnt even my camera and lens. The owner promised that it will take only a week max! after 10 days, visited the shop to check the status of my gears because the guy is not replying!I end up taking back my camera and keep just the lens for cleaning. He promised me another 3 days.I come back after 3 days and still lens is not touched so I took it back aswell.The owner cant even call to inform that it cant be done on time.At least inform your client that there will be a delay or do not accept if you cant accommodate!!!He cant even apologize for the delay! SO ARROGANT!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!In the tag line on their JOB Card, it says If we cant repair it........ It is not worth repairing!This is my response-> If you cant repair it........ Do not accept it!So if you want to experience these things, go to this shop!Hope I can save people for having stress... Its really unforgettable bad experience!

Today I picked up my Pentax ME Super which feels great again!If you have any broken photo equipment, take it to them, be patient and they will do a good job for a good price.By the way, if you are looking for film in Dubai they have some in stock.

Amazing experience. I took my old Mamiya 645 ProLT. They could not find spare parts for it so they made the metal piece. It took some months but it was worth it.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAMERA EQUIPMENT HERE!!! Without a doubt the worst service and lowest level of professionallity I have ever encountered to date. I took my lens in to simply get cleaned and when it came back to me (after a week) there was a large scratch on the glass element inside my lens. The owner repeatedly refused to take responsibility for this damage caused whilst they were cleaning my lens and was extremely rude and unwilling to help solve the issue, even after I had been to other camera repair shops who had confirmed that this problem could only have occurred when they had opened the lens. I would NEVER TAKE YOUR CAMERA EQUIPMENT HERE as the owner is not only unprofessional and entirely unreliable but also rude and dishonest.

Excellent service... Got my product repaired in a jiffy... Assumed it would cost me a fortune but thanks to Camera Repairs not only it fit my budget, it even was repaired in couple of days.

It took a while before my lense got fixed, but that is understandable considering they have lots of customers to attend to. Lots of customers means great service. That is 5 star for me.

Do not recommend this place at all

Cleaned and serviced my almost 40 year old 35mm SLRS and lenses. Now working like new. And the lenses look like they are straight out of the box.These guy are busy so its not an instant service. But technically proficient and professional.

Very talented technicians, got my lens repaired within a week for reasonable rate.

Professionalism isn’t their strongest point. Neither is friendly customer service. He also takes ages to get back to you with a quote and even longer to repair. Sometimes we have to call and follow up only to discover he hasn’t started the job after days of handing the camera in, and he’s asking further questions to assess the problem! The job gets done eventually but it’s like extracting a tooth... a very painful process!

Great knowledge and expertise with all kinds of cameras. I have some really old film cameras and some of the latest as well, like my GoPro and DSLR that even the company was not willing to fix. But these guys are able to repair everything - i never have to worry about getting sand in, breaking a gear or my shutter not working ever since I learnt about them. What a great find, i definitely recommend this place.P.S. The workshop is like an impressive museum of cameras and parts - a must visit for those of you interested!
