Truly bitter experience. Received a pair of Motorola Walkie Talkies, one of which was in defective condition. Told that there will be a charge to repair it. Cannot fathom how the customer should pay to repair a brand new defective piece. Terrible attitude of management and poor service. Do not recommend this store to anyone. Very unprofessional store. Products are not genuine or original and fall faulty very soon after purchasing. After returning a product for repair that was on guarantee the store refused to repair it and kept lying to me for almost 10 months. This store tried to scam me multiple times and tried to give me used products claiming they are new. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to deal with this store ever. Unreliable, fake products, unprofessional staff. Worst experience of my life.
