Completely overpriced for nothing but cream and breadcrumbs! AED 63 (with delivery) for two pastel cakes, what looks like only cream was delivered. Quantity for the price is no bigger than kids. No taste at all, completely bland. Would not order again, would not recommend.

Average to basic cake, level of any coffee shop honestly. Absolutely nothing distinctive and basic presentation. Biscuit tastes like Carrefour brownie powder I made once in lockdown without any skills. Maybe will apply to be part time pastry chef in this place :) Was expecting more. Packaging is nicer than whats inside.

Tried their vanilla and chocolate. Vanilla was average and chocolate was Ok. Packaging was good. Quantity per slice is small considering its aed25 per sliceFood Delivery took ages as it took around 2-3 hrs via Smiles. No one called us to inform about the delay and we had to followup multiple times with Smiles Customer service.Not recommended.

Ordered the Oreio cheesecake and the chocolate cupcakesOreio cheesecake was very good however the chocolate cupcakes were dry and the chocolate on the cup cake was too choclatey in a bitter way

As the name suggests its all about pretty little cakes.Ordered Banoffee and absolutely Loved it.Delivery was quick.The staff was very polite.Bottom line:If you are looking for a place that serves delicious desserts then this is the one!Plus point they are oh so Instagram worthy !

The worst ever. Pathetic is too good a word for this place. Unreliable. Do not trust their delivery. One staff says it is on the way. The other tells you no we can not deliver there. And this is after sending you a proper confirmation of your order is on the way. Regret ordering dessert for my wife from here. They left me hanging close to 12 midnight with no options left. Disaster.

30 mins After ordering via Talabat The shop calls and says there out of stock . 2 different items are out of stock!!! . had to cancel.

Ordered the bannofee cake. It was to die for. Amazing presentation. Generous quantity. Definitely ordering again.

I tried a cake at a baby shower. Its supposed to be vanilla with strawberry . While the flavor wasnt shining, the cake itself is very light , and fluffy and has a perfect amount of cream , loved it

Ordered the KitKat cake for my mothers birthday and I felt so ashamed because the cake looked nice but tasted so bland and dry and the cake part was not even spongey and moist. It also crumbled after cutting the slice and didnt hold its shape. Rima Zahran always raves about their cakes and I had really high expectations but was very dissapointed... Next time Ill stick to Choco Loco from Sugarmoo or the Triple Layer chocolate cake from Mister Cocos Bakery.

UPDATE: I received a call back from the management. They apologized and offered to make it up for the error that occured, which I appreciated. It honestly made feel better :)-----------------------I am shocked with the poor service! I ordered and paid for a cake on their website in the morning for it to be delivered in the eveninig and then received a call at 7:30 PM (30 min before delivery time) telling me that they ran out of stock from the cake I ordered!!

Pastel cakes is hands down my favorite place to order custom cakes or when Im craving something sweet. Cake delivered to wherever I am in 30 mins? How can you not love this! Favorite is the chocolate cake with a perfect ratio of sponge with hazelnut filling!

I ordered a cake for a friends birthday yesterday via Deliveroo. The cake has not been delivered however I am being told that I will not be refunded as the driver waited 10 minutes and was unable to contact me. This is a terrible service and I have paid 180 AED for absolutely nothing. To be told this is the terms of service and nothing will be done for me is terrible.Deliveroo are not prepared to help me so hopefully pastel cakes will get in contact with me to deal with this issue. I will keep this post updatedAs promised I wanted to keep this post updated its now nearly 2 week since I ordered I have had no calls from management and they have taken all the money with no refund.

The most horible cake i have ever recieved in my life. Extremely dissapointed with the service. Ordered from zomato with a shop in mussafah abu dhabi, the salted caramel cake with popcorn. LIKE HONESTLY WHO PUT POPCORN ON A CAKE??? the sponge of the cake seemed extremely old and stale. I hope you improve on your service and think of a better garnish then popcorn.

Ordered a custom cake on my wifes bday and they did a fabulous job. The cake was loved by everyone very tasty, juicy and great tedture. Looked great as well and was delivered as promised.

Vegan chocolate cake is tasty but some might find the portion of the slice a little too small!

Loved the service! I complained that my order was delayed, they were very helpful and offered a complimentary! Their vegan cakes are so tasty! Packaging is beautiful!

Had 2 very bad experiences with online ordering. Both occasions order a vegan cake option and it was out of stock, which isn’t an issue. However I was called with a substitute offer - of a non-vegan cake! Both times were when I was ordering birthday surprise for vegans. Needless to say the handling out being out of stock requires some attention and I would suggest either updating online ordering platforms are they always seem to be out of stock. Disappointing to say the least. I used SugarMoo on both occasions and they fulfilled the order, so they would be worth trying in future.

I love the packaging of their cakes.I got a bunch of stuff through mix n matchmy only problem was that the salted caramel cake was very dry and the icing tasted like the fridgered velvet was goodoreo cheesecake was very good
