I ordered a dry flower arrangement from BloomingBox for a friend, it was very pretty but not 100% what was shown in the picture. I reached out to customer service (Amjad) and he were super polite and helpful. They decided to exchange the box for a new one which meant a lot to me. Great customer service is always valued. Never disappointed by this company. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend the Belgian chocolate cake from blooming box. Its one of the best we’ve had in Dubai! The presentation and packaging is luxurious and the taste is just out of this world. I do not recommend this place at all. They ruined my birthday celebration when their driver refused to deliver my birthday cake to the restaurant, where I was celebrating with friends. This was after management had confirmed that this would be fine and the driver would call me 30min before scheduled delivery to receive delivery location details. I still havent received the delivery, a day after, and management hasnt even bothered to call.

Thank you Adam for accommodating a last minute order for same day delivery even after 5pm! Also a great big thank you for understanding all the instructions the first time with no need for explanations! It really shows that outsourcing customer services is the worst idea ever! Thanks once again from Abu Dhabi!

Phenomenal experience with BloomingBox! Beyond their beautiful packaging, their service is also brilliant. I wanted a same-day delivery but no same day delivery slots were showing up on the website. Very disappointing customer service. I ordered a cake with order no 60C72AB411426 at 2PM wanting to take it for a birthday. It’s 7:30PM and I called to follow up on the status as I need the cake but was told by the customer service representative that he can not check what time the cake will be delivered but it should be with me by 11PM. Who needs a cake at 11PM and why is it so impossible to deliver a small 1kg cake 6 hours following the order? Best thing is that you can’t even check the estimated time of delivery nor cancel the order! Never will place another order here, you’ve ruined my birthday surprise!

Ordered 4 days before the valentines, was scheduled to deliver 7am-11pm. on the day of delivery date, 3 different delivery guys handled my order, saying please call this guy. its kind of frustrating that they will call you asking for your location and they will come later. My wife couldnt express her excitement because of the frustration. literally they delivered few minutes before 11pm which at this time people are sleeping already, I understand its still within the given time. I suggest not ordering any of there products. Not a good service and this is how they delivered the flower after the long of waiting, flowers are not fresh anymore, scattered flower and box, see the image attached. Dont ever buy on this shop. totally a waste of money and I regret ordering from them. a negative score should be given to them.

I had heard such good things about this company, but when I placed an order for my mums birthday (13th February), the blue hydrangeas arrived dead/dying. Was advised a replacement would be delivered on the 17th but this was changed to the 18th when I followed up to say I had not heard from them re: the new order. It is the 18th and I still havent received a new delivery or any contact from the driver. Needless to say I am devastated that my mum didnt receive the gift she deserved. The cupcakes were good but I am so very disappointed.ETA: I have to say blooming box went above and beyond to try and make the situation right - they sent a third bouquet and issued vouchers as compensation.
