The cakes here are great! Recently we ordered from here to celebrate one of our colleagues birthday.Amazing and innovative range of cakes and pastries. They do customised cakes as per requirements. The decoration with real fruits is really amazing the cakes tasted good with perfect amount of moisture.Fresh, soft cakes.

Amazing cake and fantastic service! They were very helpful and clear. They cake tasted really good and it was not too sweet, perfectly moist. The delivery of the cake was on time, I was able to pay by card, and the cake came in perfect condition. I highly recommend them!

Had a chocolate mousse cake delivered for a friend’s birthday. Was so happy that it did not disappoint. The chocolate filling was very creamy and the cake base was nice and light. It wasn’t too sweet so you’d want another slice. Everyone loved it. Definitely one of the best chocolate mousse cakes in Dubai.

Amazing and super delicious cake and gateaux especially the eclairs, the best eclairs in Dubai, I can claim that I’m an eclairs expert I have had eclairs all over Dubai and all over The world, in north america, Europe and middle east. But this eclair is something else. Its a huge piece of eclair very well made full of rich ingredients and the price is very reasonable. We ordered cakes few times for different occasions and cakes looked amazing. We asked about few details to add to cake and they did it and we were very happy. Only one thing I wish they changed is icing. Cake itself is very tasty but icing is really not the best. I understand they need to create style but I hope they will work on taste of the icing.

Friendly service and pretty cakes. The coffee was weak and lukewarm. The Opera cake needed more coffee flavor but the cake itself had a lovely crumb. Try the eclairs, not too sweet and generous filling.

One of the worst service when it comes to delivery. I gave an order for delivery of two cakes for 11th and 12th april. When I requested to pay for both the cake on 12th upon delivery then they were rejecting and making all reasons. When asked to speak to the manager then to get a call I had to wait for an hour. Once I cancelled the order then Im getting frequent call. This is not a proper service. They have the best cakes but this way of service is not good enough even if they have the best cakes in the world. I had to eventually go to mister baker who has no problem in providing me this service request. They are the best.

Presentation is everything and you cannot fault the team of pastry chefs and bakers at Gateaux. Every cake or dessert selection I have ordered has been finished to perfection and it is obvious that so much time has been taken in sourcing the very best of ingredients. Gateaux never disappoints, visually or taste-wise!

Gateaux made it so easy for us to celebrate the retirement of an esteemed colleague in style. We selected a magnificent cake from the extensive selection on their website, had it personalised for our friend and it was delivered direct to our office, right on time for the party. A very good desserts shop for preparing cakes, pastries, and cup cakes for parties or special occasions. The prices are reasonable.They can customize the order based on what customer wants in the cakes design or weight and they do it nicely (check my posted photos for examples)

This is the best cake shop in Dubai...their cakes taste amazing and the custom made cakes look like works of art. The staff is very helpfull, they are very professional and respect terms and timings set with the client. I am a faithfull client of theirs. I have ordered cakes for all my friends from them and also my birthday cake was made by them and none of the cakes dissapointed. Highly recommend them!

I simply popped in for a takeaway coffee. Beautiful friendly staff who dont pounce on you when you walk in. Beautiful looking produce, beautiful seating area. Ill most certainly go back and spend time having a coffee inside rather than takeaway.

Amazing cake.. I have ordered cake for my daughter 2 Nd birthday and I requested to put my daughter pic. They put photo so nicely that I am highly impressed. Normally icing is not eatable but in their cake that also we can eat nicely.. Highly recommended ...

I saw this here on google, i need a cake , went and got EXACTLY what I wanted and MORE... that Devils chocolate is out of this world !!! HEAVEN indeed ... and if you leave it to be in room temperature you will love it even more ! will DEFF buy from them again.staff are very friendly and helpful as well

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.RUDE STAFF.This was the first time I ordered from Gateaux, I did not get the order but did get unprofessional and unpleasant service from their driver.Yelling on top of his voice, lack of ethics and no sense of customer service.I have to select a star, until then I cannot post. But this place does not even deserve a star.
